Or, mix thorn sugar and white sandalwood powder, or mix haritaki powder with honey, whichever you use, it can eliminate all diseases of the penis. Diseases of the penis caused by multiple factors, and the two conditions caused by blood disorders, should be firmly treated with cauterization and cutting. Differentiate according to the severity of the disease, and treat the main factors. Now, I will explain the disease of scrotal swelling. Scrotal swelling is caused by three factors that cause problems with the testicles and skin. There are seven types of scrotal swelling. Among them, scrotal swelling caused by wind is when the testicle is like a balloon filled with air. Caused by bile, it is red like the fruit of the udumbara tree. Caused by phlegm, it is hard and round. Caused by blood disease, it is similar to the symptoms of bile. Caused by fat growth, it is large and smooth. Caused by urine, it sits like a full bladder. Caused by intestinal prolapse, the wind pushes the folds of the intestine to the edge of the testicle, making the testicle long like an inflated bladder. That scrotal swelling disease is incurable. For scrotal swelling caused by wind, drink and apply medicinal oil, fumigate with steam, pour in medicinal juice, use oily enemas, use strong enemas, and use mild lubricants. Among them, the oily enema is made by boiling and mixing milk and castor oil, and the dosage should be determined according to physical strength. For those caused by bile and blood diseases, put leeches on the testicles to suck blood, apply cooling medicine, and pour cold medicinal juice on top to relieve it. For those caused by phlegm, grind warm medicine into powder, mix it with urine, and apply it with a cloth.
