For diseases of the penis caused by wind, grind Java nutmeg, licorice, rhododendron, agarwood, calamus, sandalwood, rue, and the medicine Brisciva together and apply it, and wash it with warm medicinal juice. For diseases of the penis caused by bile, mix the powder of star fruit, উৎপala, Coptis chinensis, Pushkara, Bletilla striata, licorice and cypress with water and apply it. Alternatively, wash with milk or cold water, or any other liquid. For diseases of the penis caused by phlegm, mix the powder of wood dawa, taram, and sal tree with water and apply it. Alternatively, it is better to wash with boiled juice of the category such as winter melon. If the penis becomes purulent and causes the penis to become necrotic, by all means, apply medicine and wash it with medicinal juice, etc., to prevent suppuration.
