It is considered as earth. Among them, physical illnesses are epidemics and leprosy, etc. Mental illnesses are anger, etc. Sudden illnesses are those arising from harm. Congenital illnesses are hunger, thirst, aging, etc. Time has no beginning or end, characterized by a blink of an eye, etc. The distinction of its continuity is explained in six seasons. Among them, the late summer month and the early autumn month are the summer season. The middle autumn month and the late autumn month are the autumn season. The early winter month and the middle winter month are the winter season. The late winter month and the early spring month are the late winter season. The middle spring month and the late spring month are the spring season. The early summer month and the middle summer month are the early summer season. The sun moves north and moves south, entering two paths. Therefore, rainfall is the cold season, and it also becomes the hot season. During the rainy, cold, and hot seasons, bile, phlegm, and wind accumulate, and autumn, spring, and summer become disordered. The number of diseases and the number of seasons are combined separately in order. Wind disease arises during the evening and after the fading of smallpox. Bile disease arises at noon, midnight, and when food is being digested. Phlegm disease arises immediately after eating, in the evening, and in the morning. Similarly, the difference between the accumulation of two elements and the accumulation of three elements should be combined with the disorder of the disease. The body, which is the place of disease, bodily essence, and impurities, is called the body. When these are equal, there is no disease. If they are unequal in size, it becomes a disease. Among them, diseases are wind, bile, and phlegm. The bodily essences are seven: chyle, blood, flesh, fat, bone, marrow, and semen. Impurities are feces, urine, dust, etc. Wind is cold, light, subtle, hard, rough, unstable, powerful, causes breath to flow, causes speech to arise, and well
