Boil the powder of Indian gooseberry, haritaki, vibhitaka, root of Danta, Euphorbia resinifera, three fruits, and Dates in two parts of yogurt, eight ounces of ghee, and four times as much water as ghee. When half of the ghee remains, take half an ounce each day mixed with meat broth and cleanse downwards. If one eats food rich in meat, tumors, dry stools, leprosy, hemorrhoids, diminished digestive fire, and ascites will disappear. Take one ounce each of camphor, Euphorbia resinifera, emblic myrobalan, Sida cordifolia, and Terminalia chebula, and half an ounce of Dates. Boil the powder of these herbs in eight ounces of ghee and four times as much water as ghee. The name of the ghee that remains when half of the ghee is left is called "Dhi Bindu Ghee." Take two servings of this each day and drink warm boiled water, then cleanse downwards to eliminate all tumors and ascites. For tumors caused by bile, first administer medicinal ghee for treating the uterus, such as "Maha Tikta" medicinal ghee, and any of the medicinal ghee such as Vasa, etc. After making the stomach smooth, administer a purgative, and after that, administer nourishing substances. Boil any of the previously mentioned groups such as Nyagrodha, etc., and Utpala, etc., in the juice, add the powder of the ten medicinal herbs previously mentioned to the ghee, boil until half of the ghee remains, and drink appropriately to treat blood caused by bile.
