Heap (Tibetan: ྡོག་). By generating it, one becomes free from the view of self. This explains the clinging to extremes. Similarly, saying that there is no self is not a nihilistic view, but a correct view. Saying that there is a self is a clinging to extremes. Such a view should be abandoned by seeing suffering. When he thoroughly destroys the truth of suffering with aspects such as impermanence, he immediately abandons the attachment to Ishvara and others as causes. Therefore, it is said that seeing suffering should be abandoned, not that seeing the origin should be abandoned. Similarly, all defilements such as killing also become something to be abandoned after seeing because they are guided by views, because in this way, they do not wrongly enter the truths from their own perspective. Among them, actions such as killing are not wrongly entered temporarily because there is no object. These defilements are also objects of cultivation to be abandoned that are not mixed because they are defilements by their own nature and are not of a definite nature. For the defilements of self-nature that exist in such a dharma, it is not something to be abandoned by seeing. Holding precepts and asceticism as supreme is the nature of clinging to Ishvara and others as causes, because it is the inversion of permanence and self, so taking suffering as the cause. Therefore, this is only to be abandoned after seeing suffering, not to be abandoned after seeing the origin. Then, for those who enter fire and water and so on, and other similar actions, one might think that this is because one has wrongly entered the origin, and because one relies on the inversion of permanence and self, it should be abandoned after seeing the origin. What is it like to see purity through precepts and asceticism? One might think that this is also not wrongly entering the path, nor is it guided by the inversion of permanence and self, so it is only to be abandoned after seeing the path. This is also to be abandoned after seeing suffering, which is not only the attachment to Ishvara and others as causes. In this sense, scriptures are quoted...

The scriptures explain this in detail. Here, if we examine whether what should be abandoned by seeing suffering is because it is based on suffering, or because it is led by it, we might think that neither of these exists. After considering this, we ask: Why? This is explained in detail. The reason is given: because of wrongly entering into suffering. And why do we wrongly enter into suffering? Because we do not correctly understand it. All that is based on defilements is explained in detail. All afflictions except those based on the undefiled are wrongly entered into suffering, because all defiled things are suffering, and because we enter into them in an incorrect way, they become only what should be abandoned by seeing suffering. If this is the case, then the arising, cessation, and path, and what should be abandoned through cultivation, would become unnecessary to abandon. Or, holding moral discipline and asceticism as supreme is explained in detail. If this is what should be abandoned by seeing suffering because of wrongly entering into suffering, then, thinking, what else is there that is not wrongly entered into suffering, but should be abandoned by the path of seeing? Regarding what is based on what should be abandoned by the path of seeing, it is believed that what should be abandoned by the path of seeing is the exhaustion of the seven afflictions. This is also wrongly entered into suffering, because the wrong views, etc., that should be abandoned by the path of seeing are included in the truth of suffering of defilements. Now, because it is unbearable that holding moral discipline and asceticism as supreme is based on what should be abandoned by the path of seeing, it is said again that wrong views, etc., are based on the path, saying: How can one believe that those are correct? The meaning is, how can one think that wrong views and doubts such as the view that there is no path would slander all liberation, or that wrong views would arise when doubting, or that those doubts would arise? Or, other paths of liberation, this is what the Samkhya and naked ascetics believe. This path of liberation does not exist.

Oh, it is called the bad departed one. Also, the so-called "only by others" refers to what is asserted by the Samkhya school and others, and it is not the wrong view of slandering the path. Therefore, the Samkhyas and others will focus on the path itself, and will not focus on what should be abandoned by seeing the path. Also, something will appear in detail. However, why is it thought that suffering and the path should be abandoned by seeing the path because of falling into the fault of two truths? The master of the school, Good Assembly, says: It is unreasonable for arising and cessation to be abandoned by seeing the path, because it is inappropriate in itself. The self is to hold the precepts and asceticism as the most supreme, that is, to cling to the non-cause as the cause, and to cling to the non-path as the path. Slandering arising is a wrong view, that is, seeing it as arising suddenly. Suffering and arising are also different from the perspective of substance, so suffering is also driven by this. Slandering cessation, that is, speculation on the means of cessation is impossible. How can one eliminate what does not exist? After seeing the path, speculation on the means of cessation will become meaningless. The so-called "no path" means that after seeing the path, speculation on the path is reasonable. Others, that is, those who cling to the core of the path of liberation, slander the path of liberation, which is to fall into pure wrong views. Through this reasoning, for those who think that there is no other path of liberation. Here, the scripture says: ཀཱ་ར་ཎཻ་བ་བི་ཧི་ཏ་མུཏྟ་རཾ། (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning) བྱེད་པ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་བྱས་པ་མཆོག་སྟེ་དེ་ཡང་གཞན་ཁོ་ན་དག་པར་བོ་བི་ནཻ་བཱ་ནྱཻ་ན་ཤུརྷི་པྲ་ཏྱེ་ཏི། (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning) Action itself is the most supreme action, and purity can only be obtained through other things. Therefore, this is not a wrong view. If it is again thought that because suffering and arising are different in substance, therefore slandering arising, if this is the case, then suffering and arising will not become different things that should be abandoned by seeing the path. ཡོ་ཧི་ཨིཥ་ཏ་པྲགྥ་རཱ་ཁྱཱ་པྲི་ཐི་བཱི་དྭཱི། (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning) Clinging to liberation itself is actually slandering liberation, because it is also purified by seeing the path. So, how is cessation not something that should be abandoned by seeing the path? Holding precepts and asceticism, which were mentioned slightly earlier, are dualistic. Therefore
