Thinking thus in the mind, externally arises the thought of wanting to do other things, because it follows when doing things. What makes the body move is called the karma of thought. Here, Bhadanta (འདུས་བཟང་) explained extensively in order to refute the false assertions, and he has already thought about this explanation, because he was afraid of the abundance of scriptures, so he did not delete word by word. The so-called behavior in the desire realm is to eliminate the behavior in the form realm, and the discipline of meditation and non-outflow does not depend on expression like the Pratimoksha precepts and so on. If a great fault occurs, if there is no non-expression, then there will be the fault of no discipline and non-discipline, the fault of no eightfold path, and the seven merits arising from matter, and the fault that the merits depending on it cannot manifest and be accomplished. The Sutra Master said, if the karma of the body is explained in detail, if there is concern that non-expression will become an unavoidable fault, then one would think like this. The so-called "what will happen" means "what fault will there be". The so-called "will become following the mind" means that because it only depends on the mind, it is like the non-expression of Samadhi. Just as the non-expression of meditation and non-outflow discipline does not depend on expression, and becomes following the mind only by relying on the mind, then the non-expression of the Pratimoksha precepts will also become following the mind when there is no expression, so it is inevitable to admit expression. The so-called "it will not be like that" means that expression will not follow the mind either. Why? Because due to the difference in intention, its pulling force is also different. For example, vowing to "abstain from killing and so on for the rest of one's life" is the difference in intention, and because the power of definite pulling at that time, it is not contradictory that non-expression continues to exist until that time. This difference in intention does not exist in Samadhi, therefore this is the mind's

It is not following after. The term "consciousness" (rnam par rig byed), even if it exists, will be elaborated upon. Even if consciousness exists, non-consciousness is abandoned. Abandonment refers to being in the state of a cause's substance that follows after a definite time. Depending on the power of mind is a synonym for "dependence." Saying the cause here is because of foolishness, meaning because it is not clear. Non-consciousness cannot be abandoned without mind, and it is not clear because there is no object. Thus, consciousness, by the power of mind, engages in abandoning the great, medium, and small vows. Because it is not taught, arising from afflictions, it will not be able to abandon non-consciousness. Verbal consciousness refers to what is called verbal sound. The word "is" is what must be grasped, not the shape of lip movement, etc. Therefore, it is explained in detail what is the nature of sound. If only speech is consciousness, then how is it said that speech is non-consciousness? Without the consciousness of the body and the action of the mind, the body itself is consciousness and the mind itself is the subject of action, this cannot be understood. This is how it exists. However, how can the action of consciousness, which is different from body and mind, not be understood? Therefore, there is no contradiction in understanding the action of consciousness. Here, there is no other non-consciousness different from speech. Therefore, it is called consciousness and non-consciousness, and there is no fault in this. What is called non-consciousness is what was said before. For example, from the first chapter of the Abhidharmakośa, "also" of distraction and mindlessness, etc. The term "just because of promising and not doing," etc., refers to previously promising "I will not do this," and then not doing it, just because of that. Non-consciousness is without consciousness, so it should not be promised as a substance. The term "for the past great elements" refers to a moment of non-consciousness belonging to the desire realm.

Hereafter, it arises from the past elements. (Because) it is said so. Those are also of the nature of non-existence, because those past great elements are now arising without self-nature. The form that is caused is not an existing support, nor is it existing. Because there is no nature of form. The so-called nature of form, if it is said that it exists and can become form, it is said as the nature of form from the gate of showing transformation, then the form that is not expressive is also not transformed, that is non-existence. The so-called "three kinds of immaculate form are spoken of, etc.", and so on appear. The Vaibhashikas say, the three kinds of immaculate form are spoken of, etc., because of growth and unconditioned paths, etc., those that are not expressive exist as substance. The three kinds and immaculate form is the three kinds of immaculate form. Its explanation is that the three kinds of immaculate form are spoken of. Growth and unconditioned paths, etc., are growth and unconditioned paths, etc. The three kinds and immaculate form are spoken of, and growth and unconditioned paths, etc., are the three kinds of immaculate form are spoken of, etc., growth and unconditioned paths, etc., are for this reason. The so-called form is gathered by form, the second form is said, it is only form that is gathered by form, but not by other feelings, etc., in order to know that it must be determined and grasped. The so-called form that is visible and has obstacles is the form of the realm, which is known by the consciousness of the eye. The so-called form that is invisible and has obstacles is the difference of the form realm. The so-called form that is neither visible nor has obstacles is the form that is not expressive, which is gathered by the dharma realm. The so-called non-leaking is also non-existent, except for the non-expressive, other forms cannot be non-leaking, for those who enter samadhi on the path, there is no expressive form of body and speech, although there are forms of eyes, etc., but they are not unobscured and not unmarked.
