The Buddha said in the sutras that those who indulge in and are accustomed to all places of heedlessness with alcohol made from grains, because they do so many times, will be reborn in hell after their bodies are destroyed. Abandonment is what was not there before. Accumulation is for gaining entry, that is, for gaining entry at the time of death. What is called "becoming the place of all heedlessness" means that forgetful heedlessness, and all non-virtues such as killing, are synonymous with the place, basis, and support. Disregarding what should be done and focusing on what should not be done is heedlessness itself, and its cause is the place of heedlessness. Alcohol should not be given to those who have vows to abandon it, because it is a place of heedlessness. The question of "from where does one obtain one" refers to the preparation, the actual deed, and the conclusion of actions, as well as the basis for showing sentient and non-sentient beings, and the transgressions with their own nature. The phrase "from preparation, actual deed, and conclusion" is related to the path of action, that is, related to the path of non-virtuous action. From the preparation, actual deed, and conclusion of the path of non-virtuous action, according to the circumstances, as an antidote to them, the non-revealing form of the Pratimoksha vows arises. The phrase "showing sentient and non-sentient beings" refers to the basis. The phrase "from transgressions with their own nature" means arising from actions, and this should be related to each one. Regarding "showing sentient and non-sentient beings," if asked, what is it like to show non-sentient beings with transgressions of their own nature? For example, stealing crops in the field. If asked, what is it like to show sentient beings? For example, engaging in impure conduct in the place of women. A prescribed transgression is like sleeping together in a house. In particular, a transgression of its own nature is killing a sentient being as a basis. A prescribed transgression, a non-sentient basis, is cutting grass, etc. The phrase "in order to enter the basis of sentient beings" will appear. If it can also be obtained from the past and the future, then, like abandoning killing, what natures are showing sentient beings?

Obtaining (the Pratimoksha vows) themselves can also be obtained from those who are not shown as sentient beings, so they will be sought. If there are also supports that are not shown as sentient beings, but that can only be obtained from those who, like sentient beings, have present aggregates, elements, and sources, then the support called sentient being can be found. Because that is a support that is not a sentient being, it is not a prohibition. Or, because the support of sentient beings is the main one, and the other is taken as a branch of it, it is shown as the support of sentient beings. If it is not the preliminary and the final, then the meaning of "not" is that in the state of meditative absorption, there is no precept. The meaning of "what need is there to mention the prohibited offenses" is that it is thought that there is no commitment. The reason why "all times" appears universally is that, like the mind that arises with them, the two vows of the past and the future can also be obtained. The reason why "therefore" appears universally is that because the Pratimoksha vows can only be obtained from the present, and like the real, from the preliminary and the final, and like the natural transgression, from the prohibited offenses. And the two vows of meditation and non-outflow, like the present vows, can also be obtained from the past and the future. From the prohibited offenses, it can only be obtained from the main action, not from the preliminary and the final. Other teachers do not quote "when obtaining the vows, there are no present paths of action," because the Pratimoksha vows can be obtained from the discriminating dharmas, but not the vows of meditation and non-outflow, this is the first sentence. From abandoning the present, the preliminary, and the final, one can obtain the abandonment of the prohibited offenses. From abandoning the main action of the past and future paths of action, one can only obtain the vows of meditation and non-outflow, but not the Pratimoksha vows. The third is obtained from abandoning the present paths of action. The fourth is abandoning the past and future approximations and main actions. Here, in all places, the word "action" is added to the basis of the path of action, I think the previous fourth is not difficult either.

Thus it is thought. If done in this way, then the paths of action that have arisen in the present and have passed away cannot be prevented. Because the basis of action of the future self does not include that sound. In another way, it is only possible to prevent the future. Because it is possible to prevent, the path of action desired in the future is reasonable. To say that the past and the future are not, means other than that. That is, other than the discipline of a monk, three types are taken. Among these three types, there are also three types such as killing from the body gate, and only abandoning false speech from the speech gate, which are established as limbs. Non-attachment, non-anger, and non-ignorance arise simultaneously with all virtuous minds, but small, medium, and large minds arise separately, not simultaneously. Therefore, it is said extensively that the cause is also. To say that one abides in discipline means that one should know that one is free in everything. Not all limbs, such as the discipline of lay practitioners, lay people, and novices, are impossible to abandon discord, harsh words, and frivolous talk. To say that it is not all causes means that from small minds, etc., with any mind, one takes the discipline of a lay person, or the discipline of a close dwelling, or the discipline of a novice, which is the correct reception. To follow all sentient beings means to focus on all sentient beings. A virtuous sentient being is a mind without harm or a mind that benefits. Because it is not a wrong action, it is said to be virtuous. To say that it is because of not being separated from the sinful mind means that it is because of not being separated from the harmful mind. How to speak extensively from those who cannot, etc.
