Dha Va: One should also look at ugliness. Nanu Tsaniya, therefore, its forms contract individually, for this reason, this situation, which is similar to closely accomplishing other objects, is called the third liberation. Turning away from impurity, contemplating purity in the inner form, and observing the forms of external objects, like the example of Tiger Lunga, Tsanatiyati. Like the second liberation, this is a separate antidote, because impurity is the antidote to desire for color. It is also impure in appearance, because it is the appearance of impurity. With purity, desire also arises on the cause of desire, and likewise, because there is no cause of desire, the second is not. The remaining liberations are like contemplating only on formlessness as before, and contemplating on actions that are not complete. These liberations can be generated by men and women, as well as by noble ones and ordinary beings, but only by noble ones in cessation samadhi. Likewise, the so-called "great ones" etc., that is, contemplating the inner form, and observing the large forms of external objects, as well as good and bad colors, etc., knowing by subduing those forms, seeing by subduing, contemplating in this way, this is the second overcoming place. Likewise, how to contemplate formlessness? Contemplating inner formlessness, and observing the small forms of external objects, as well as good and bad colors, etc., from knowing by subduing those forms, etc., is explained extensively, this is the third overcoming place. Contemplating inner formlessness, and observing the large forms of external objects, as well as good and bad colors, etc., from the extensive explanation, this is the fourth overcoming place. Contemplating formlessness itself is also observing blue, yellow, red, and white, etc., thus it becomes eight kinds. How is it? Contemplating inner formlessness, and observing the blue of external objects, the color blue, appearing as blue, observing the arising of blue light, etc., for example, flax flowers or the place of Varanasi.

of fine blue cloth. Showing blue, like blue itself. Looking at where blue light arises. Those forms are suppressed, knowing they are suppressed, seeing they are suppressed. Understanding in this way, this is the fifth overcoming base. Internally conceiving of no form, externally conceiving of yellow color, starting from yellow, broadly speaking, like the Donga flower, or the fine yellow cloth of Varanasi, broadly speaking, this is the sixth overcoming base, so it is said. Internally conceiving of no form, externally conceiving of red color. Starting from red, broadly speaking, like a flower with lush branches, or the fine red cloth of Varanasi, broadly speaking, this is the seventh overcoming base, so it is said. Internally conceiving of no form, externally conceiving of white color. Starting from white, broadly speaking, like the star Pabasang or the cloth of Varanasi, broadly speaking, this is the eighth overcoming base, so it is said. Because the object of focus is suppression, therefore they are the overcoming bases. Although all are excellent objects of focus, the roots of virtue accomplished through bright colors and so on are suppressed. Just as a servant adorned with various golden ornaments is suppressed by the master. Or, by it, the place of this is suppressed. Remaining unbound is the overcoming base. The so-called smallness refers to the smallness of the object of focus itself. Regarding the so-called good color and so on. Some say that attachment does not arise towards good colors, and anger does not arise towards bad colors. Here, suppression refers to this. Others say that if that were the case, then suppression would become the nature of non-attachment and non-hatred. Therefore, the meaning here is that both good and bad colors are suppressed. Just as bad colors are seen as unpleasant, good colors are also made to be the same, in an unpleasant state. Seeing in this way, this is the method of controlling the mind. The so-called suppression refers to

It is called. Seeing by overpowering is called those yogis who have perfected that reason. Understanding in this way means thinking of seeing by overpowering. The great ones of the second overpowering are due to the greatness of the object. The rest is the same as the first. Two of them, like the first liberation, are called by the difference of nature and aspect, just like the first liberation. The two places of birth that are overpowered also look like that through the difference of nature, place, and aspect. This is also the fruit of the first liberation. Two is the second, called those who internally think of formlessness and focus on small and large, should be regarded as similar to the second liberation through the difference of nature and so on. Others, like the impure liberation, are called by the difference of nature, place, and aspect, just like the impure liberation, the four places of birth that are overpowered, such as the color blue, should also be known. Without distinguishing, saying color, liberation is explained. When it is distinguished and spoken of here, then it is the four places of birth that are overpowered. Therefore, on the object of the four colors, it is also impossible to be the four impure liberations. If the four colors are not distinguished and are considered to be one in common with impurity, then it will also be a fault for the place of birth that is overpowered, because there is no difference. Those are only turning their backs, called liberation those are only turning their backs on the object. It is not the object that is overpowered. Those who are overpowered are not only turning their backs. So what is it? It is also the object that is overpowered. Because of believing as desired, it is called because of saying blue and yellow etc. as desired. And because of saying extremely fine and extremely coarse etc. In order not to generate afflictions, it is called if for all afflicted things
