Through knowing and seeing, one experiences becoming visible and invisible. One can pass directly through walls, directly through fences, and pass through mountains without physical obstruction, just like a bird flying in the sky. On the ground, one can emerge upwards and enter downwards, just like in water. In water, one can walk without sinking, just like on land. In the sky, one can walk in a lotus position, just like a winged bird. Even the sun and moon, which are so powerful and have such great magical abilities, can be touched everywhere with the hand, and one can control the body up to the Brahma world. This is called magical ability. What are the feet? It is widely said that the feet of magical ability are those that possess the effort of abandoning from the samadhi of desire to the samadhi of discrimination. Here, the fruit of samadhi is referred to as magical ability, not the samadhi itself. Therefore, the samadhis mentioned earlier are the feet of magical ability. The phrase "desire and so on" means that the samadhis mentioned earlier are the feet of magical ability. Saying "desire and so on" is to know that it is a group of four samadhis. The phrase "disturbed and undisturbed" means that the faculties are disturbed because all their opposing aspects appear. Their opposing aspects are disbelief, laziness, forgetfulness, distraction, and inappropriate attention. Because one is not disturbed even by these great opposing aspects, it is called strength. The phrase "skillful in distinguishing" means skillful in establishing. The phrase "in the case of the first practitioner" appears extensively in order to closely examine the nature of body, feeling, mind, and dharma. Applying mindfulness to the previous state of becoming warm, etc., is called skillful in distinguishing. Through the cause of obtaining distinction, one will obtain its distinction, just like digging for treasure. Therefore, through the correct increase of diligence, one can obtain correct abandonment in becoming warm, etc. How is it obtained? Becoming warm is obtaining distinction, not a prerequisite for the path, but related to practice.

From the very beginning of possessing, one obtains the Dharma that is in accordance with the aspect of definite distinction. Others say that one is liberated from samsara because one sees the faults and benefits of samsara and nirvana, and in order to initiate the strength of diligence. In order to enter the root of virtue that is completely undiminished, it means: Because the root of virtue that is completely undiminished and embraced by patience enters the peak; because of these excellent entries, it becomes the basis for the perfect attainment of samadhi in that state. Therefore, the miraculous feet are established at the peak. Others say that at the peak, the mind is not stopped or completely grasped by the power of samadhi, so it is never impoverished by a small amount of virtue. Therefore, the miraculous feet are excellently revealed at the peak. In order to obtain freedom, it means to explain in detail: Because the faith and so on of that state do not completely diminish, therefore, by obtaining freedom in all patience, one is able to freely guide the supramundane path. Others say that by this, one is able to freely and extremely prevent evil destinies. In order not to be overcome by the afflictions, it means that the faith and so on of that state are not overcome by the afflictions. Among them, in that state, since there may also be patience in which the afflictions do not manifest, therefore, it is said that it is in order not to be overcome by other worldly dharmas. How is it not overcome? Because after that, the Dharma-knowing patience of suffering arises. In order to be close to enlightenment, it means a synonym for being close to realizing cessation and non-arising. Others say that in the path of cultivation, there is the abandonment of the nine aspects of afflictions, and in order to repeatedly realize them, they are the limbs of enlightenment. Because the practitioner excellently reveals them, they are the limbs of the path in the path of seeing. Because it goes quickly, it means that in the fifteen moments of the path of seeing, the truths such as the suffering of the three realms are realized.
