If used appropriately, it is the cause of happiness, but excessive or untimely use will also become the cause of suffering. It is not reasonable for the increase of the cause of happiness to produce suffering at the same time. It has not been seen that the increase of the cause of suffering produces happiness. It is also unreasonable for the equality of the cause of happiness to produce suffering at the same time, because accompanied by blows, it will never become the cause of happiness. The first is the word "only", which means that those things like food are only the cause of suffering from the initial use, not the cause of happiness. If those things are only the cause of suffering from the beginning, why don't they feel pain in the beginning like the end? Therefore, it is said that "the final pain will increase, and the final will be eliminated." Regarding the difference in behavior, it means that excessive dependence and untimely dependence will also become the cause of suffering, and this should also be said for indicating the way and so on. The meaning of "the antidote to suffering" is that when tormented by the suffering caused by hunger and thirst, etc., the antidote to suffering such as food and drink will make people have happy thoughts, otherwise it will not. Therefore, it can be determined that only the elimination of suffering will make people have happy thoughts, and happiness itself does not exist. Children will have happy thoughts about the difference of suffering. Therefore, the example of "for example, from the shoulder" is said, for example, a tired person, changing the burden from one shoulder to another, will feel relaxed, just like this. These are all suffering, and the world will be harmed by suffering. Therefore, children will have happy thoughts about the elimination of suffering, and true happiness does not exist. The Abhidharma scholars say that happiness exists. The sentence "This is reasonable" is in accordance with the views of the Abhidharma scholars. It is not respectful to use words alone, so the question is "how to do it". Suffering

Because the causes of the arising of suffering and happiness are different. Suffering arises from the imbalance of the elements, and happiness arises from the balance of them, therefore happiness is different from suffering, like attachment and hatred, etc. Just as attachment and hatred are different in their own nature and different in their abilities, things are also seen to be different. The own nature and abilities of suffering and happiness are different. In this way, it will be easy to understand, therefore, for those who temporarily slander happiness, one should ask this, etc., it is explained extensively. If it is said, "What is the nature of harm?" it is the nature of torment. If it is said, "It is harmful," then whatever harms the body and mind is the nature of harm. Benefiting is happiness, this is established. Whatever benefits the body and mind is happiness because its ability is different from suffering, this is established. If it is said, "It is unwanted," it is because its own nature is unpleasant. Wanting is happiness, this is established, because it has a pleasant own nature, therefore it is wanting, therefore it is different from the nature of suffering. How could it be only suffering? In order to show that this is not a characteristic because it does not abide. If it is said, "It is that very desire," etc., it is explained extensively. For the noble ones, the non-reversed is other than that reversed because it is not reversed. Just as the noble ones see it, just like that, its nature is of the same kind, others are not like that. There is no delusion in benefiting, because it is also beneficial to the noble ones. In another way, it is not its own nature. How is it done? If it is said, "This is a place of carelessness," it is because attachment increases. To accomplish with great manifestation is to accomplish with great effort. Having variability is because it changes constantly. Because of weakness, suffering arises immediately. Others say that it is known that happiness arises from suffering.
