It seems as if happiness arises even when there is no suffering. Here, the suffering of change is the cessation of happiness, and cessation is only for a short time in the desire realm. In the form and formless realms, it is very excellent, and for those who have exhausted their sins, it is permanent. The so-called "suffering nature of formations" means suffering only from birth. Furthermore, why is it said that only formations are suffering? Because it is neither happiness nor suffering during birth and existence, and because it is its nature, once any of happiness and suffering manifests due to change, both are possible, but it is not happiness and suffering. Because change exists in what way, it is said that suffering also arises at the end of happiness. Another way is that the Blessed One's close indication of knowledge is: whatever is impermanent is suffering. The very impermanence of conditioned phenomena is because what did not exist before will inevitably perish. Those formations that will be experienced should also be described like feelings, that is, the formations that will experience happiness are, like the feeling of suffering, suffering from the suffering of change, and others should also be described in the same way. When "suffering nature" is explained in detail, some here say that only the combination of words is different, but there is no difference in meaning. Others think that because of the reason for the manifestation of feeling pleasure and pain, it is the intrinsic cause for suffering and so on. In "because it is uncommon" and so on, suffering is incompatible only by its own nature, not by change, and happiness is also incompatible by change, but not by its own nature, therefore the suffering of change and the suffering of suffering are uncommon for happiness and suffering. All formations are suffering by the suffering nature of formations, that is, all pleasant and other formations are incompatible by the very nature of being conditioned, therefore suffering by the suffering nature of formations.

It is so. If so, then since suffering of formation itself pervades formation, would it cause all conditioned things to be mutually contradictory? Therefore, it is said that "these are only seen by the noble ones." Not by others. Therefore, it will not be a fault that all conditioned things are mutually contradictory. As for "for the sake of leading to the cessation of all suffering," the world also leads to the cessation of suffering, but it does not lead to the cessation of all suffering, because it is impossible for them to be free from desire from the peak of existence. If the path is not suffering, then how do they see the cessation of all conditioned things as peaceful? Therefore, when they see nirvana as peaceful, it will be explained in detail. Then, what is the nature of these three feelings mentioned in the nature and Dharma Abhidharma? Due to its power, the dharmas that can experience happiness also obtain the name "three sufferings." If so, then the suffering of change will also become the suffering of formation, because the word "change" is another name for impermanence. Momentary arising and ceasing is the suffering of formation, while the interruption of lovely things is the suffering of change, and there is such a difference between them. Does the suffering of change itself pervade all conditioned things like the suffering of formation? No, because the suffering of change is contradictory, so it itself does not pervade all conditioned things. "When small" means slightly. "Again said" means not another teacher. As for "because suffering is the cause," it is because it is combined with the karma that is the ripening of suffering. As for "because it produces many sufferings," it refers to relying on others, etc. As for "if there is suffering, then desire it," it means that if there is suffering such as hunger and thirst, then one will desire happiness such as food and drink. Not fully arisen, this is said after observing the characteristic of suffering, together with happiness.
