The outflows are mentioned for that purpose. Some say that since the nature of ordinary beings and the physical and verbal actions of evil destinies are also contrary to the noble path, they should be abandoned by seeing, like the view of the perishable aggregate and the view of clinging to extremes. In this way, when the first moment of the path arises, one obtains the state of not possessing the nature of an ordinary being, and it is also said that "one who has entered the stream will not fall back." Therefore, without abandoning the physical and verbal actions of evil destinies, it is not reasonable to exhaust evil destinies. It is widely said, "My hell has been exhausted," and from exhaustion and abandonment, the Arhat indicates, "My birth has been exhausted." Therefore, the eighty-eight subtle aggregates and those that arise together with them are said to be very few. To this, the answer should be given that the nature of ordinary beings and the physical and verbal actions of evil destinies are not to be abandoned by seeing. Why is that? Therefore, the summary is this. It is said, "Not afflicted, not abandoned by seeing," which shows that the nature of ordinary beings is not to be abandoned. "Not form" shows that even if afflicted, the physical and verbal actions of evil destinies are not to be abandoned by seeing. "Not born from the sixth" shows that even if afflicted, it is not to be abandoned by seeing. If it is said, "Ten are to be abandoned by cultivation, and five also," then why is it said, "Not form, not born from the sixth"? It is for the sake of certainty. There it is said, "The last three are of three kinds." Non-afflicted is not to be abandoned by not abandoning, and afflicted non-manifest form is not to be abandoned by seeing, and even if afflicted, it is not born from the six such as feeling, so it is not to be abandoned by seeing. This is not certain, for non-afflicted there is not even a little to be abandoned by seeing, and it is not form, just like the eye and so on, which shows the following. Non-afflicted and indeterminate are also. The ordinary

"The nature itself is unclouded and unindicated" is its definition. This shows the subject-matter and the reasoning. It is not reasonable that what has become the abode of all non-virtuous dharmas is not afflicted. Therefore, in order to thoroughly establish the wrong conception about it, it is widely stated that "all roots of virtue are cut off." If it were virtuous, then those who have cut off the roots of virtue would no longer be ordinary beings, because it is virtuous and it is also cut off. But that is not desire either, therefore it is not virtuous either. It is also not non-virtuous, because those who are free from desire also possess it. Otherwise, an ordinary being would become an ordinary being free from desire. Because it is related to birth and support, it possesses it, otherwise, birth would possess other realms and grounds. Therefore, it is also not reasonable that it is afflicted. If the actions of body and speech are form, then whether form is afflicted or not afflicted, there is nothing that is abandoned by seeing. Why? Because of the wrong conception about the truths, and because of not observing the fundamental nature of dharma, there is no distinguishing cause. The things to be abandoned by seeing are transformed into many extremes by birth and so on. It is also said that the forbearance of knowing dharma in suffering would become an ordinary being. If the forbearance of knowing dharma in suffering abandons it, then when forbearance arises, because it still possesses the things to be abandoned, the noble one would also become an ordinary being. The teacher Sangharakshita says: If that is the case, then what is an ordinary being? This contradicts the treatise that says "one who has not attained the noble dharma." For that, it is abandoning the afflictions of the object, not abandoning it, form is not to be abandoned by seeing. The aspect of non-afflicted things, even if it is not the chief of bondage, whatever is said to be entering is abandoned by the object, and whatever is said to be related to the object of abandoning by nature is abandoned by the object. The Abhidharma masters think that for it, whatever arises as an antidote and obtains abandonment, that is abandoning its own nature.

因为在断除贪欲等的情况下,如果为了断除以它为目标的烦恼,而断除了异生性(so so'i skye bo nyid),那么五种圣者('phags pa'i gang zag lnga po)怎么不会变成异生呢?
