The extensive commentary on the explanation of the Abhidharmakosha, called "The Reality of Meaning." Steady Wisdom. The extensive commentary on the explanation of the Abhidharmakosha, called "The Reality of Meaning." Steady Wisdom. In Sanskrit: Abhidharmakoshabhashyatika-tattvartha-nama. In Tibetan: The Extensive Commentary on the Explanation of the Abhidharmakosha, called "The Reality of Meaning." Homage to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas! He who completely destroys the darkness for all, rescues beings from the mud of samsara, and teaches according to reality, having paid homage to him, I will explain the treatise of the Abhidharmakosha. Because he intends to compose the treatise, he speaks by making the praise of his own teacher the priority. Moreover, by generating respect for the treatise and the teacher, he explains the perfection of the meaning for himself and others. Knowing the greatness of the Bhagavan and generating respect, and possessing perfect wisdom and abandonment, his speech is free from false reasoning, and by the very nature of the meaning being non-inverted, he rescues sentient beings who are drowning in the mud of samsara and thoroughly connects them to the ultimate fruit. The meaning of generating respect for the treatise is the same, and it is also the essential point of the remaining necessity. Because of respect, one knows the words of the Sugata individually, and because the intention of the treatise and its meaning are the same, and because the necessity is the same, even though respect is not explained here, it is established. It should be known that the basis of false reasoning is attachment, anger, and fear. These explain the very possession of perfect wisdom and abandonment. Those who generate respect also obtain liberation from drowning in the mud of samsara by diligently engaging in activities such as reading, reciting, listening, and thinking. If so, is generating respect for the treatise alone not the meaning of this? What is it to know the greatness of the Bhagavan here? Because there are some who make a person a measure, they respect his words through the very gateway of the person, and whatever understanding of the meaning there is, it is also unsurpassed wisdom.
