If not, sound is also born, therefore, since it transcends the Dharma of Vipāka, sound is not born from Vipāka. Because it is said to contradict the treatises. If so, then "whatever is explained from the treatises" is said extensively, the accomplishment is indeed true, but this is not Vipāka, therefore there is no contradiction with the treatises. If so, then what is it? Some say that this lineage is the third, if so, then the abandonment of harsh words is the cause of the cause of sound, but not the direct cause, and sound is not born from Vipāka, so it is said. Some say that because what is born from Vipāka cannot be born from what is born from Vipāka, therefore this lineage is the fourth or fifth, although it is produced by the differences of food and good deeds, but it relies on the elements born from Vipāka, and those that arise from those growths, so it is said. For those, those are produced from similar causes, those are the causes of equal shares of those. For those, it is said to be sound. For those that arise from growth are those that arise from growth, and for those that arise from similar causes are those that arise from similar causes, because it depends on arising, how is the state of sound, from the unindicated, good and non-good, and the grasped to the ungrasped, and the objects of the body's senses to the objects of the ear's senses, similarly, for those born from Vipāka, they become those not born from Vipāka. If so, then the feeling of the body also arises so widely, for that, whichever is the direct result of karma, that becomes Vipāka, born from the elements born from karma.

For form, there is no contradiction, just like the eyes and so on. For sound, it is impossible, because it appears in those nine. Regarding this, even if the proximate causes of pleasure and pain are not assembled, it arises, and even if the causes of pleasure and pain have ceased, the feeling of pleasure and pain does not stop, that pleasure and pain are born from maturation. Whatever object of pleasure and pain is to be experienced, it arises from the assembly of proximate causes, and if it is not there, it does not arise, that is born from the cause of similar type. The teacher Samghabhadra says: All the feelings of the body, those born from karma and arising from similar causes are not, and those born from maturation are also not, and those different from arising are also not born from maturation, because that is the reason for producing it. The feeling of the body that arises from the body and the tangible, that is only the cause and condition of arising from maturation. If one fully understands maturation, then it contradicts exceeding the dharma of maturation. For what is not maturation, there is no contradiction, so it is said. Regarding this, for what reason is it said to exceed the dharma of maturation, so this which is not maturation should be combined, the remainder is not combined, therefore it should be shown that it is said only for the purpose of supplementing the scripture, because it is said that there are three others. Born from similar causes, born from maturation. In what is called the eight unobstructed ones, it should be definitely understood that it is only born from similar causes and born from maturation. Those that have equal share, and those that are produced by pervasive causes and are different from maturation, are those that are produced from similar causes. Those that are produced by the cause of maturation, those are those that are born from maturation. Regarding this, whatever dharmas are completely afflicted, those that are produced by pervasive causes, those are also produced by causes of equal share. There are also those that are only produced by causes of equal share, but not produced by pervasive causes, namely those that are virtuous and unobscured and unspecified. Those that are produced from increase do not exist, why? Because those that are unobstructed do not have increase. Form

They exist without interruption by touching each other, and so on. This is impossible for things without contact, so they do not arise from growth. Some say that even if there are things that arise from growth, they grow even more because of the increased power of the previous cause. For things with form, it is also said that there is growth, special excellence, and lightness, which are the same as having a similar cause. Whatever arises from the increased power of the previous cause is also said to be the same for similar causes. Those born from equal share and pervasive causes are co-operators of growth-born and similar-cause-born, so although there is growth-born, it is called arising from growth because there is no accumulation of minute particles. The so-called other three are definitely not two or one. Among them, the powers and non-difference of Vipaka are born from Vipaka. The powers and non-difference that arise from growth are born from growth. The rest are born from similar causes. Common enjoyments such as form are not suitable for Vipaka, Āśepavadavajātanidāsya (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese meaning) Vipaka and the fruit of the owner are also, this is called the fruit of the owner. If it is said that common enjoyment is not contradictory to Vipaka, then the same fault will occur for the eyes, etc. If it is said that it is just like that, then the seeing, etc. of the eyes, etc. entered by meat eaters, etc. are also accomplished by other causes, so it contradicts the establishment of oneself. How can one see another with another's eyes? What is said is that the feeling that is not different from the support of the senses is called enjoyment, and there is no commonality in this. The common enjoyment is the form, etc. that is taken, and for this, is it intended to take seeing, etc. as enjoyment? Or should it be added that it is a feeling? Is unconditioned Dharma for the sake of virtue and permanence, or is it the essence pursued by completely abandoning conditioned Dharmas?
