The pleasure desired by the gods themselves is very small. Also, how do those who are born by transformation arise with the thought that this is mine, is my son? Therefore, the words of gods or goddesses are widely produced. As for the number, in the Four Great Kings, it is like five years old, up to the Paranirmitavasavartin, like ten years old. These are also the four classes of gods, from the class of the Four Great Kings up to the Tushita. How the born ones enjoy is how the born ones enjoy. Because these have it, they enjoy how they are born. As for those who are transformed by themselves as they wish, because they enjoy these, they enjoy what is transformed by themselves and others as they wish. Those who are transformed by themselves and others as they wish are transformed by themselves and others as they wish. Those who fully enjoy it fully enjoy what is transformed by themselves and others as they wish. Whatever has it is applied to everything. The Nirmanarati and others do not have access to the desires transformed by others. Thus, the difference between the Nirmanarati and others and the Paranirmitavasavartin and others is explained. Others say that the first is because they fully enjoy how the realm is born. The second is because they fully enjoy the transformation of themselves as they wish in the realm. The third is because they fully enjoy the realm without a creator. Or, in order, they fully enjoy the inferior, the intermediate, and the abundant realms. Those who dwell nearby enjoy with harm, faults, and effort. Those who are transformed enjoy without faults and with effort. Those who are transformed by others enjoy without faults and without effort. As for those gods, the first dhyana grounds have the pleasure of joy born from solitude, because they are free from desire and attachment. The second dhyana grounds are born from samadhi.
