For example, although a lamp is only a moment, the relationship between cause and effect is uninterrupted between the previous and the later, just like one's own continuum going to another place. The so-called "how to be born" is an extensive explanation. Different causes lead to different effects. The life karma of each sentient being is also different, and because of this difference, the birth of life is also different, some are short and some are long. Therefore, the so-called "how long to be born" is an extensive explanation. The so-called "signs" refer to the things that they represent, namely the supports such as the eyes. The so-called "born from the ripening of karma" means born from the power of karma, here it is said to be born from the ripening of karma. If someone says that sometimes the mother's diet and dwelling behavior are inconsistent, this refers to eating spicy and hot foods. Inconsistent dwelling behavior refers to jumping and swimming. Dying in the womb means it will perish. The so-called "cesspool" is an extensive explanation, the stench and dark cave, and the dirty mud, are the stench, the dark cave, the dirty mud, and later it will be explained that it is a huge wound on the body. Thousands of kinds of worms, are thousands of kinds of worms. Their dwelling place is the dwelling place of thousands of kinds of worms. Semen, blood, pus and filth, are semen, blood, pus and filth. Semen, blood, pus and filth, they completely, universally, thoroughly rot, decay, fester and slide. The so-called "because of the cause of its birth, the faculties are completely mature" is an extensive explanation, meaning to follow the rebirth. Furthermore, the so-called "afflicted ones universally practice" is an extensive explanation, relying on the aggregation of causes and conditions such as internal and external sources and inappropriate attention, the afflicted ones universally practice, and various karmas are also accumulated. Those afflictions and accumulated karmas cause the body to perish, and again, as before, with the continuum of the intermediate state, as the karma shows, they go to the next life.

Then, if that is the case, the wheel of existence (srid pa'i 'khor lo) has no beginning, and it will become without cause, which is the first birth. Therefore, like the first birth, everything will become a fallacy of being without cause. If it is said that only the first birth is without cause, but not everything is without cause, then this is also not with cause. Therefore, everything will arise at all times, because the cause of birth is uncertain. The power of seeds, etc., is also not seen in sprouts, etc., because if it exists, it exists, and if it does not exist, it does not exist. So, how should this be understood? Therefore, it is said, "From the determination of place and time respectively." The determination of place respectively means that the sprout arises only in the place of the seed, and not in other places. The determination of time means that the sprout arises only immediately after the seed is sown, and not at other times. Combine "from the determination of place and time respectively" with "the power of fire, etc., is also seen in colors, etc." Like this, color arises only in the place related to fire, and not in other places, and because it is related to fire, it only appears immediately afterwards, and not at all times. (Sanskrit Romanization: yo 'pi manyate | nityakaṭāṇāpadmupagamādādisattve 'pi paṃsārasya nāyaṃ doṣaḥ | tasyānutpattisattvādutpittimatascāpūrvakakāraṇāstitvāphyupagamāt.) Therefore, it is said, "To say that the cause is permanent has already been refuted before." There, "because it is not Isvara, etc., but order, etc.," those who think that the seed is exhausted like a sprout, because they admit the permanent author, even if it exists initially, this is not a fault of samsara. Because it arises from something that does not arise, therefore it is admitted that the previous cause exists. That is to say, just as a sprout does not arise from seeds that are gathered, rotten, or turned into powder, similarly, if the conditions of afflictions, etc., are not complete, there will be no birth. In this way, the transmission from one birth to another is not contradictory, because it depends on the cause. In this way, the three states of the continuous arising of the aggregates are explained, which is the next life.

It is like this world and also the world beyond. It will be taught thus: The limbs of existence, the countless distinctions, dependently arising, the first and so on, the uninterrupted state connected with the three births, is closely shown in the continuum of sentient beings, that is, dependently arising, the twelve limbs in three parts, not others. Here, dependent arising is also manifestly intended to be shown as sentient beings, not not shown as sentient beings, because that is not suitable to transfer from that world. Showing dependent arising is to negate dissimilar causes and no cause, and the meaning of dependent arising is the meaning of entering into cyclic existence. Furthermore, why is it that the treatises also show sentient beings and non-sentient beings, while the sutras only show what is shown as sentient beings? That is also to be shown to those who are to be tamed by the Bhagavan, because the Buddhas appear only for that purpose. Therefore, because the meaning is great, the sutras only show what is shown as sentient beings. In the treatises, it follows the nature of phenomena, and also shows sentient beings and what is not shown as sentient beings. The twelve limbs are the twelve causes. Three parts means completely divided into three sections. The remaining eight are in between, namely consciousness, name and form, the six sense sources, contact, feeling, craving, grasping, and existence. Or, what is all, means those who depend on entering the womb and so on without distinction, or all sentient beings of the three realms. This birth means the birth of entering the womb. Not dying in the intermediate state means those who die without obtaining the state of existence, that is called dying in the intermediate state. It is also not conduct in the form realm and the formless realm, because there there are no soft things and so on. In the form realm, name and form and the six sense sources, which are different from consciousness, are impossible. The formless realm is for conduct, so those do not exist. Conduct in the form realm
