And those with past and present arising dharmas are only cessation by individual analysis, not cessation by non-individual analysis. That is only for those who do not arise. Saying "with outflows" is to distinguish those without outflows, because there is no fault, so those without outflows are cessation by individual analysis. For this, the past and future afflicted dharmas belonging to one's own continuum, due to the power of wisdom, in order to stop the attainment of what arises now, attain cessation by individual analysis. All the afflictions of the three times belonging to the continuum of others, also by individual analysis, in order to cut off the attainment of afflictions aimed at it, attain cessation by individual analysis. Or, the afflictions belonging to one's own continuum, because they are separated from the attainment of the past, future, and present arising, and the attainment is separated from one's own attainment now, attain cessation by individual analysis. Or, in one's own continuum, one also attains the abandonment of the three times. (Tibetan: སཾ་ཡོ་ག་, Sanskrit Devanagari: संयोग, Sanskrit Romanization: saṃyoga, Chinese literal meaning: connection) is (Tibetan: རོ་དྷྱོ་ཧི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: , Chinese literal meaning: ) with (Tibetan: བི་སཾ་ཡོ་ག་, Sanskrit Devanagari: वियोग, Sanskrit Romanization: viyoga, Chinese literal meaning: separation) (Tibetan: ཨཱ་ཀཱ་ཤཱ་ཏ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: , Chinese literal meaning: ) the possession of cessation by individual analysis, also the attainment of all bonds and their retinue. Those attainments of the retinue of all bonds also attain cessation by individual analysis. Those conditioned, unarising dharmas without outflows only attain cessation by non-individual analysis, because they are without outflows, so there is no cessation by individual analysis, only because the conditions are not complete, so they attain cessation by non-individual analysis. Saying "unarising dharmas" is to distinguish the arising dharmas that arise in the past and present. Saying "without outflows" is to eliminate those with outflows. Saying "conditioned" is to eliminate the unconditioned, which is also unarising and without outflows. For example, when the path of following faith manifests, because the path of following dharma does not have complete conditions, one attains cessation by non-individual analysis; and at the time of the forbearance of knowing dharma in suffering, the future four of the forbearance of knowing dharma in suffering, similarly, for the following of suffering.

When there is forbearance of knowing in the place, the subsequent forbearance of knowing suffering, etc., thus each truth should be declared, and similarly it should be applied to others. Both are those with outflows and are non-arising dharmas, these are obstructed by individual examination because they have outflows, and because they are non-arising dharmas, they are not obstructed by individual examination. Those that are neither are the past and present arising without outflows and are arising dharmas, those cannot be obstructed by individual examination because they are without outflows. Because they are already arisen and are arising dharmas, they are not obstructed by individual examination. Just as those with outflows should be known, so are all conditioned things, therefore, it is asked: What are those conditioned things? In order to gather everything except the truth of the path, it is asked by holding "conditioned." Therefore, it is said: Those conditioned dharmas are also, the five aggregates such as form. Among them, because they are harmed by diseases and old age and death, etc., and the differences of closely nourishing, they are called aggregates. In order to distinguish the five aggregates related to discipline, etc., form, etc., are mentioned. In order to prevent the objects of form, etc., it is called aggregates. If form, etc., are made, shouldn't it be said "already made"? Is it meaningless to say "already made" at the time of making? Answer: It is not meaningless, it is said in this way to show that there is nothing produced by one cause. If it is said "already made", then the nature of form, etc., produced by one cause will not be prevented. In order to show the meaning of the word "conditioned", it is said that because the causes, etc., are gathered and combined and made, it is called "conditioned." "Gathering" means "collecting", which is a synonym for turning in accordance with each other for producing the result. Here, the former is the word of display, and the latter is the word of explanation, because it is a different name of the former. This "gathering" shows that dharmas of different times are gathered for the sake of the result, for example, for consciousness, like past mind and future dharmas, etc. "After combining"
