Because there is no difference, it is just like its own nature. The Lord and so on are not the cause of beings, because the order of effects is the order of the collection of causes, if it exists, then it exists, and if it does not exist, then it does not exist. Similarly, the determination of place, time, and nature separately will also not change, because they are the cause, just like other places and so on. If it is said that for the matter of "let this be born now", although the Lord is the cause, due to the power of intention, the order of things and so on will not be contradictory. Then, the saying "because intentions are different" will arise, intentions are different from the Lord and each other, therefore, they are the cause of the gradual arising of things, place and time, and the determination of things, so it is composed of many causes. Therefore, it will become contradictory to the first view. Regarding the matter of "intentions are different", if it is said that the cause of intentions is also only the Lord, therefore, not only is the difference of things only the remainder, but also different intentions will arise simultaneously. Why? Because the cause of intentions, the Lord, has no difference. If intentions arise simultaneously, then all beings will also arise simultaneously, because it is the cause of all things. Regarding the matter of "if it depends on other different causes", if it is said that these intentions each depend on other causes and arise from the Lord, and these other causes are not permanent like the Lord, therefore, their gradual arising will not be contradictory. Even so, because only the Lord is not the cause, it will again contradict the first view. They are also other causes of intention, and for their cause, the Lord has no difference, so they will arise simultaneously. Therefore, if intention exists, then beings will arise simultaneously. Their gradual arising will also depend on internal and external things, or like intention, depend on the difference of other causes. If so, then it will become an infinite fault, because here it is not admitted that the cause of intention is other than the Lord, so it will become an admission of the Shakya son's path. If the Lord's intention

The phrase "desires and so on arise simultaneously" is explained extensively, although it is said to be the cause of freedom, it is thought that the order and so on are not contradictory. For the sake of how desires arise, this is said to be the cause of gradual arising. How desires arise is non-existent, because those desires have no difference later. If the cause exists but there is no cause for simultaneous arising, or if there is a contradictory cause and no result arises, then for desires and so on, there is a cause for simultaneous arising, it is the freedom of all, and there is no contradictory cause for all. For desires and so on, there is no difference in their own nature that did not exist before, because it depends on other causes, and there is no other cause. Therefore, it is impossible for desires to arise in any way, so what happens? It can only be that everything arises simultaneously. These collections produced by freedom have no slight need. Therefore, this discrimination is wrong. If it is said to be for happiness, then it depends on happiness itself to be established. Or, in that case, it would not be free, because it cannot be done without a method. Also, just like that, just as it is not free for happiness, it is not free for the three realms either, because it is not the freedom of unobstructed nature. Just as happiness cannot be produced without a method, the method cannot be produced without another method, so for everything, this freedom becomes weak. Or, like the method, happiness can only be produced without relying on the method. The appearance of "many harms" and so on, harm refers to rain, wind, hail, plague, dysentery, and other close-range disturbances. The so-called "starting from this" refers to what the sage Śāntarakṣita said in the *Hundred Fierce Ones*. The so-called "why burn everything etc.", why burn everything, therefore it is called fierce burning. Similarly, it should be said for others as well. The so-called "manifestation of the actions of a person" refers to the actions of seeds and so on for sprouts and so on. Other actions other than causes and so on do not appear.
