Apart from the possessing cause, it should be stated as appropriate, following what was said before. The statement that things arise only from the causes and conditions as stated above will be widely spread. Like this, merely stating one's own view is not enough to establish what is desired or to refute what is not desired. Therefore, things arise only from the causes and conditions as stated above, and the single cause of all beings, such as Ishvara, does not exist; for this view, a reason should be stated. For the cause of beings, Ishvara, the Self, and Primordial Matter exist first, that is it. The word "etc." includes time, nature, and atoms, etc. If it is thought that it has been established by reason, then it shows a contradiction with the first view. Things arise only from the causes and conditions as stated above, and the single cause of all beings, such as Ishvara, does not exist; in order to establish this view, to seek a cause other than Ishvara, etc. Precisely because of this, it is because of admitting a cause other than Ishvara, etc. If it is said that there is no fault because it is knowable, if it is Ishvara, then it is not knowable, and if so, since it is not an established agent, it will become the same fault. Ishvara etc. are not causes, because of sequence etc. The word "etc." includes the determination of place, time, and things. The sequence of the arising of things depends on the complete transformation of the cause, or does it depend on the co-operative condition? For this, because it is permanent, Ishvara has no complete transformation. Therefore, relying on complete transformation, sequence is not reasonable, because everything is only Ishvara, so there is no co-operative condition. Nor does there exist the nature of a co-operative cause, therefore, all beings will arise simultaneously, because their causes have no difference. External sprouts etc. and internal jelly etc. also appear to arise in sequence. Whatever does not rely on a co-operative cause before, is not its cause later.
