Therefore, whatever Dharma is unobtained, it will be completely lost by obtaining it. For example, just as ordinary beings have not obtained the noble path, the three realms will also be completely lost upon obtaining it. It is also the case from the transference of grounds. Why? Ordinary beings will be completely lost, just as when one is free from desire from the desire realm, for the ordinary being belonging to that desire, with desire for aspiration directed towards it, one abandons from abandoning desire, but it will not be completely lost. When one transfers grounds by being born in the first dhyana, then that here will be completely lost, but it is not abandonment, because it has already been abandoned before. Nor will it become a noble being, because one has obtained the ordinary being of the ground of the first dhyana. Similarly, for transferring from the first ground to the higher realms, it should also be explained in detail. Others should also apply it in the same way. Just as ordinary beings are completely lost by obtaining the path, so too by obtaining others, those obtainments will be completely lost. How so? For example, the obtainments of practicing in the desire realm, and those arising from thought, and the obtainments of practicing in the form realm, and those arising from meditation, and those arising from meditation practicing in the formless realm, those that have not been obtained will be completely lost by obtaining them. Those obtainments not included by the aggregates of the higher realms will be completely lost by being born in the higher ground. Similarly, those obtained from the arising of virtuous dharmas, and accordingly, the unconditioned dharmas from the forbearance of knowing the Dharma of suffering up to the state of Arhat, those that have not been obtained will be completely lost by obtaining them. Similarly, the Arhat of liberation in due time and liberation not in due time, which has not been obtained, will also be completely lost by obtaining it. Because one does not understand complete loss, therefore it is said "it will be completely lost." Because of the fear of endless faults, the question is asked, "what about those unobtained and obtained?" etc. For "both are both," the obtained

The non-obtained dharma is the power to desire to obtain, and there is no change without obtaining it. The non-obtained of the non-obtained dharma, because it is unreasonable not to obtain that dharma, thus it is certain that the non-obtained will also have no change of non-obtained. If so, wouldn't all the obtained dharmas become infinite? How so? In the obtained, there is also the obtained, and in that, there is another, and in that, there is another, thus it becomes infinite. Likewise, it should also be said of the non-obtained. The non-obtained does not arise together with the non-obtained. If so, what is it? Only the obtained arises together with it. The obtained of the obtained is also the same. The obtained and the non-obtained cannot exist simultaneously. Whether it is virtuous or afflicted, this saying shows that it is not obscured and unindicated, because it is one that arises together with the obtained, therefore there is no obtained in the second moment. In the second moment, there are three obtained. In the second moment, corresponding to the three that are born in the first moment and are included in the most excellent nature, therefore in the second moment, three obtained will arise, and the subsequent obtained also has three. In the third moment, the three that are born in the first moment and are included in the nature have three, and the six entities of the obtained that are born in the second moment have six, thus it becomes nine, and the subsequent obtained of those also has nine, thus it becomes eighteen. Moment from above to above, that is, moment increases from above to above, if it is born by that moment increasing from above to above, then it becomes infinite. Those with correspondence and co-emergence, correspondence is mind and mental factors. Co-emergence is birth, etc., belonging to the beginningless and endless cycle of existence. Each moment of the body has infinite entities, because the obtained dharmas are infinite. The unobstructed one, because it is included in the realm of dharma. If it is not said like that, that is, if they obstruct each other. Sentient beings with equal share are similar, equal share is the same share, that is, a different name for behavior and nature being the same. Its object is the nature of equal share. In the sutra it is said: Heaven
