Possessing the ability. This is how it is shown. Regarding what is called craftsmanship, etc., here it relies on the difference of fabrication, not just fabrication itself. Therefore, it is said, "because of being extremely accustomed," which means wanting it to be so. Examples of conduct are the Blessed One and horse tamers, etc. Craftsmanship is like all artisans and non-humans, etc. These are accomplished through the distinction of combination, therefore possessing power. Others are weak because the practitioner obtains it through the complete cessation of the moment of the meaning of the four aggregates. Similarly, so are the craftsmen. Regarding "obscured form," etc., form is mentioned to distinguish non-form, because its attainment is established in another way. Obscured refers to the form of expression of body and speech, which is only the first dhyana and is afflicted, not of the higher realms, nor of the desire realm, because there is no arousal. The expression aroused by the obscured great mind also cannot project non-expression, therefore it is established as weak, so the attainment is only co-emergent. In the desire realm, "form does not arise before," which means that the attainment of virtuous and non-virtuous forms, such as vows, etc., in the desire realm, does not arise before in any way. There is co-emergence and later emergence, it is said. Among them, co-emergence is simultaneous arising. Later emergence is later cessation and arising, which is past and present. Among them, saying "in the desire realm" is to exclude conduct in the form realm. Saying form is to exclude non-form. By "in any way" it can be understood that there is neither virtuous nor non-virtuous, because the un-obscured and un-specified have already been prohibited above. In the desire realm, virtuous and non-virtuous forms of conduct arise from combination, not from birth. Because it is an unequal ground.

Because the future is not obtained, therefore its attainment has not arisen before. Attainment has been explained. Then, is there a difference in non-attainment as in attainment? The answer is no. Then what is it like? Non-attainment is only unconditioned and non-committal, non-attainment is only unconditioned and non-committal. How is this understood? If it is the same as Dharma, then the Arhats will possess unwholesome Dharmas and conditioned and non-committal Dharmas, those who have completely cut off the roots of virtue will also possess wholesome Dharmas, and ordinary beings will also possess noble Dharmas. If it is the opposite of Dharma, then the Arhats will also possess afflicted Dharmas, and those who have completely cut off the roots of virtue will also possess wholesome Dharmas. Therefore, non-attainment is only unconditioned and non-committal. These three, past and future, are spoken from the perspective of continuity. The non-attainment that arises now and the arising now do not exist, from this it can be understood that the past and the future exist. If arising now inevitably arises together with attainment, then attainment and non-attainment do not exist simultaneously, so the non-attainment of the present is not reasonable as not being the present. Belonging to desire, etc., among the etc., those belonging to desire, etc., are included in desire, etc., meaning that it is not that they do not possess desire. Non-attainment is established based on the basis of birth, not based on Dharma, because it contradicts Dharma. Among them, the non-attainment of desire, form, and formless realms for those born in the desire realm is what is practiced in the desire realm. How is it understood? Those arising from the practice of what is practiced in the desire realm, and those obtained after arising by those who have completely cut off the roots of virtue, and from what is practiced in the form and formless realms, although only possessing afflictions, but because they have not separated from desire, therefore non-afflicted ones, and because they are ordinary beings, therefore the non-attainment of the unpolluted Dharmas is what is practiced in the desire realm. Then,
