Therefore, form is impossible. Even if not born there, it is impossible to obtain and lose, and does not possess eyes, etc. For those not born in states such as Nur Nur Po, and for those such as the blind, they do not possess them even later. Loss refers to being harmed after birth or being consumed by illness. The body is also mentioned separately from the senses because it is to pervade sentient beings born in the desire and form realms. Therefore, it is mentioned such as "born in the formless realm." For ordinary beings born in the fourth dhyana and the formless realm, because there is no feeling of pleasure above the third dhyana, and because by transference, the feeling of pleasure belonging to the third dhyana is completely abandoned. Ordinary beings born above the third dhyana do not possess the feeling of pleasure. Noble ones, even if born, possess the feeling of pleasure previously generated and contained by the third dhyana. Because for the uncontaminated ones, this is not to be abandoned, so there is no abandonment, and because they do not possess it, it is not generated by transference either. Therefore, to distinguish from the noble ones, "ordinary beings" are mentioned. If it is said that to obtain the third, being born in the second dhyana also possesses the feeling of pleasure, it should not be said so, because they possess the afflictions of the ground of the third dhyana. In the widely appearing "and mental pleasure," even if noble ones are born above the second dhyana, they possess the uncontaminated feeling of pleasure, only different from ordinary beings. In "painful feeling," painful feeling belongs only to the desire realm, so it is not possessed by those born in this, the form realm, and the formless realm. Not possessing displeasure and being separated from desire realm attachment is because the continuum is moistened by quiescence. The root of all afflictions, without exception, does not possess displeasure. In "and the feeling of all knowing," because it is uncontaminated, it is not possessed by ordinary beings. Because the path of seeing has been abandoned, it is not possessed by those abiding in the fruition. All

The root of "knowing" refers to the nature of the path of meditation without outflows. Therefore, ordinary beings, those who have attained the path of seeing, and those who abide in the path of no more learning do not possess it. The root of "possessing all knowledge" refers to the nature of the path of no more learning. Therefore, ordinary beings and learners do not possess it. In the states of non-obstruction, it is explained in detail, possessing the four roots such as the eye, and those born in the form realm. In the desire realm, those who have attained and not declined also possess the roots such as the eye. The body root is possessed by those born in the desire and form realms. The male and female roots are possessed only by those who have attained and not declined in the desire realm. The pleasure root is possessed by those born below the fourth dhyana, and the noble ones born in the fourth dhyana and so on. The suffering root is possessed by those born in the desire realm. The sorrow root is possessed by those who have not separated from desire and attachment in the desire realm. The roots of faith and so on are possessed by those whose roots of virtue are never interrupted. The root of "knowing everything" is possessed by those who abide in the path of seeing. The root of "having known everything" is possessed by those who abide in the path of meditation. The root of "possessing all knowledge" is possessed by those who abide in the path of no more learning. Therefore, in those states of non-obstruction, it should be understood that they possess what has been described. "Those who possess a blissful body have four," etc., refers to the fact that the pleasure root is pervaded by equanimity, life, and mind. Whoever possesses the pleasure root inevitably possesses four roots, which is a broad statement. Similarly, it should also be explained for those who possess the body root. Possession is uncertain. Among them, for the time being, it is said that the noble ones born in the formless realm possess the pleasure root. But they do not possess the roots of eye, ear, nose, and tongue. In the desire realm, those who have not attained and have completely declined are also the same. They do not possess the body root. Regarding the male and female roots, it should also be said that the noble ones born in the formless realm, and others in the desire realm who have not attained and have completely declined, do not possess them.
