Therefore, it is thoroughly distinguished by abiding in comfort in the visible Dharma. Alternatively, there are two types of cessation: the cessation of afflictions and the cessation of birth. Here, it refers to the cessation of afflictions, and the rest is as before. Alternatively, this causes the cycle of existence to cease; the basis of cessation is the undefiled dharmas. Therefore, the first, etc., are the basis of cessation. Because it has become a collection of paths, the faculty of complete knowledge is birth, because it is the beginning of the undefiled path. Similarly, the arising and abiding of the faculty of complete knowledge is the faculty of complete knowledge, because it possesses continuity. Thus, the faculty of complete knowledge is what causes cessation to abide. Approaching is done by the faculty of complete knowledge, because one truly experiences the joy and happiness of liberation. Since there is no nirvana for a mind that is not liberated, there is no contradiction in the faculty of complete knowledge also causing cessation. Therefore, the Blessed One spoke of so many faculties, because only with so many can the intended meaning be completely expressed. Therefore, ignorance and the like should not be supplemented as faculties, because the meaning of the faculties explained in the two sutras is impossible. Therefore, the order of those is also thus, because they are the basis of the mind, so first the eyes and so on are explained. Therefore, since it is the cause of distinction, the faculties of male and female should be extensively discussed after that. Alternatively, cessation is preceded by entry, so the six sense bases were first explained as the basis of entry. Similarly, it should also be extensively discussed in others. Purity is not a faculty, because it has power over the object of expression, so it is a faculty; because it is associated with it, purity has the name of faculty. If asked, it should be said that purity does not have power over expression. It should be added "to speak in words," because it depends on the difference of the cause of learning. Thus, words are different depending on learning, due to the difference between well-composed and ordinary objects. Whatever has power over whatever, then with
