It is a place of complete attachment due to the power (of afflictions). Holding morality and asceticism as supreme, it is difficult to overcome with doubt, because of relying on other paths and having doubts about the path. As it is said: Not wanting to go, the path is wrong, and there are so many doubts about the path, which are obstacles to traversing the path of liberation. Therefore, the three are taught. Or, because it is the nature of not being separated from the mire, it is a place of complete attachment. Because it is overcome by relying on others, it is difficult to overcome. Similarly, samsara is also a place of complete attachment for beings due to the power of complete attachment that follows. And because it is overcome by relying on the perfectly enlightened Buddha, it is difficult to overcome. Because the appearance of the Buddha is as rare as the udumbara flower. Or, all afflictions themselves are the place of complete attachment for beings in samsara, because if any afflictions exist, one cannot escape from samsara, and even by accumulating the accumulation of merit and wisdom, one cannot generate the path or comprehend liberation even in the interval before the appearance of the Buddha, so it is difficult to overcome. Having compassion for the helpless beings who are drowning there, the so-called beings are those who cause to go, so they are beings, because they do not stay for a moment, but quickly go to the place of the same kind and equal destiny. Drowning is sinking, which is a synonym for abiding in its nature. Helplessness is without support and without wailing. Having compassion is having loving-kindness, because having compassion, beings are saved from the mire of samsara. From where is it known that "Iya Te Satra, having compassion for the helpless"? Compassion is the cause of accomplishing the benefit of others, therefore the act of benefiting others must rely on the method of completely accomplishing one's own benefit and the subsequent loving-kindness. Moreover, the Blessed Ones obtain the unsurpassed self-interest, which is accomplished by Sambapadata. This is called having compassion for the helpless. The so-called teaching of the Dharma, the Dharma is auspicious and worthy of offering. The Dharma is the Sutras and so on. Teaching is to make it clear.

pa'o. It is impossible to show the true Dharma, because you extend your hand, so it is the extended hand of showing the true Dharma. Because it is similar to extending a hand, it is called extending a hand, and it is related to rescuing from the mud of samsara, so extending a hand is by nature to rescue from the mud. The many words are to show the differences of the beings to be tamed, such as: "For the antidotes to various behaviors, the corresponding Dharma aggregates are taught." If we are all in samsara, how can it be said that sentient beings are liberated from the mud of samsara? In order to eliminate this doubt, it is said that they are liberated according to their respective capacities. Like those with directions, in order to also apply to one direction, or in order to generate the idea of benefiting all beings, sentient beings are liberated by showing the Dharma, and it is dominated by the behavior of liberating all beings, so it is said that it is like the sun. Just as the sun is able to open the lotus, but only opens those that are already ripe. The Blessed One also only liberates those whose continuums have matured when liberating beings, not others. Here it is also emphasized that whoever has the capacity, liberates those. What is it that has the capacity? It is the complete maturation of the roots of virtue corresponding to the part of liberation. Those who do not have the capacity, due to their own faults, even the Buddhas, the Blessed Ones, who have attained the perfection of being skilled in taming sentient beings, will not liberate them from the mud of samsara. As it is said: "You, with the power of external limbs, although you have completely and truly accomplished, but because the inner self lacks power, children rely on afflictions." It is said. Not having the capacity, it is certain to be a wrong path, from the determination that the roots of virtue that do not correspond to the part of liberation have not fully matured, have not been instructed, and those born in the form and formless realms, because the path of seeing will not arise there. Therefore, only those who have the capacity are saved by those who have inner and outer perfections. Just as the king of gods rains, but unsuitable seeds do not grow, the Buddhas appear
