Request. The Blessed Mother, so it is said. Therefore, the wisdom other than the Buddha does not enter into the Buddha's Dharma. Therefore, it is said that the Shravakas and others have non-afflictive ignorance in the realm of the Buddha's Dharma. Realm and time are extremely distant and meaningful, called The extremely distant realm is the basic realms separated by hundreds of thousands of billions of world realms. If the dharmas that are not transformative and not form are not in the realm, how can they be distant from the realm? Because the realm of the basis of their arising is distant, they should also be said to be distant from the realm. The Arhat Kashyapa and others said: Two thousand three thousand countless seen. Therefore, the wisdom of the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas does not enter into the meaning of the extremely distant realm. For example, one should cite the example of Mahamoggallana not knowing his own unborn realm. The extremely distant time is the past and future kalpas separated by many kalpas. For this, their wisdom is only obstructed. By whose power, the Blessed One said: I see this liberation, the extremely subtle seed, the gold in the gaps of paint and stone, like being smeared with oil. So it is said. One should cite the example of Shariputra abandoning the person who should be ordained. The Buddha's Dharma of the Blessed One, the realm and time are extremely distant, infinitely divided, and the infinitely divided divisions divided by realms, lands, beings, birthplaces, lineages, afflictions, and non-afflictive abandonment, etc., the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas have non-afflictive ignorance. Also, the peacock's feather has only one, and has all the aspects of causes, and is not the knowable of the non-omniscient, knowing it is the omniscient power. So it is said. There is an obstacle to knowing the nature of things, which is to know its extremely fine divisions. The Buddha's Dharma, the realm and time are extremely distant and meaningful, etc., is the nature of things. The Shravakas and others have non-afflictive

"Because there is ignorance" refers to the connection of attachment and obstruction to the endless distinctions of the Buddha's teachings and so on. Among them, knowing the distinctions without attachment is to understand the nature of the Buddha's teachings. Because it is said to understand the nature of those distinctions. In addition, the Buddha's teachings are the meaning of the proximity of place and time teachings, and are also connected with "endless distinctions." In this way, here are explained the four causes of ignorance for the Shravakas and others, namely, the remoteness of the knowable, the remoteness of the place, the remoteness of time, and the remoteness of distinctions. Therefore, it is said: The knowable, place, and distinctions, and time are also remote, etc. The four remotenesses have been explained, and the perfect Buddha fully knows. Because of this, for the Shravakas and others, there is non-afflictive ignorance towards the Buddha's teachings and so on, and it is only an obstacle to wisdom, therefore, for them, the darkness has been completely destroyed. Furthermore, why are so many universally deluded things shown here? Even if only one is shown, it will be understood that the destruction of darkness by the Shravakas and others is not complete. Conversely, in order to show that the Buddha, the Bhagavan, has abandoned all afflictive universal ignorance, therefore, showing many, it can be understood very clearly, so there is no fault in this. Because it is spoken by considering the power and non-power of the Sutras, and after summarizing the meaning, it enters into explanation. Thus, after truly showing the perfection of benefiting oneself, the reason for doing so is to show the manner of praise as mentioned before. The so-called "self" refers to the stream of aggregates that generates the thought of "I," which generates pride. To practice for the benefit of oneself is to practice benefiting oneself. From which one obtains the benefit of benefiting oneself, here it is clearly desired to have omniscience. And this is obtained from destroying darkness, therefore, destroying darkness is what is meant here by benefiting oneself. Its perfection is to abandon everything in every way.
