It should be understood that it is 'no'. The reason for this is that the five aggregates of consciousness have two sense faculties as their support, while the consciousness of mind has only the mind faculty as its support. The first case is that the eye is the object of support, but it is not the dominant condition of the immediately preceding condition, because it arises simultaneously with eye consciousness, and only mind and mental factors are determined to be the immediately preceding object, so the immediately preceding condition of eye consciousness is not the dominant condition. The second case is that the dharma realm is the past mental factors, because mental factors are not the support of consciousness, so it is only the object of support of the immediately preceding condition, but not the object of support. Mentioning mental factors is to negate non-concomitance. Mentioning the past is to negate the future. Mentioning the immediate is to negate the interrupted. The third case is the past mind. This is both the object of support and the object of the immediately preceding condition. The fourth case is that the explained are the dharmas included in the path, which are neither the object of support nor the object of the immediately preceding condition. These are also objects such as form, as well as faculties such as ear, and non-arising mental factors and unconditioned phenomena. Similarly, up to body consciousness, one should also mention their respective faculties, that is, the ear of ear consciousness, the nose of nose consciousness, the tongue of tongue consciousness, and the body faculty of body consciousness, the first case is like this. The rest is the same as before. The consciousness of mind is connected with the previous words, that is, understanding the meaning in the words seen earlier is connected with the previous words. Understanding the meaning in the words seen later is connected with the later words. For the time being, whatever is the object of support is also the object of the immediately preceding condition, that is, the past
