It is the nature of existence, just like saying it does not exist because it is invisible. It is said that because the reason is not negation but manifestation, what is to be proven is the negation of non-existence, so it is not said that there is no fault. If it is not like this, how can the single entity be established? Then, in the similar example, the word of negation is used, and because it is similar to this, the dharma of the subject is mentioned, and there is no difference, so how can it be understood? For the image, it has been proven that it is separate from the one and many that can function, and for the dharma to be proven, it is from the cause of that negation itself, because the imputed has already been negated by others. Therefore, this is called the abbreviated and implicitly understood syllogism, and such a name is mentioned in the Compendium of the Great Vehicle. Implication is the implication of connection. Saying "ultimately without self-nature" indicates that the dharma to be proven has already been shown. This itself is without self-nature due to the power of correct knowledge and thought, but not due to the power of worldly knowledge and thought. Some say that self-nature refers to what is permanent, not produced by cause and condition, not harmed by reason, and not contemplated by the mind, just as the noble Nagarjuna said: If self-nature exists, then it will not become non-existent. Self-nature changing into another is never reasonable. How can self-nature become created? Self-nature is not created, nor does it depend on others. Etc., because these are said, it does not exist, but dependent arising is manifest. To this it is replied, yes, but why use reason? If it is correct knowledge, then, when asked whether it appears, if it is said that it appears, then, it is not harmed by reason, and it is established as ultimate truth, not conventional truth. Or, when understanding the dharma to be proven, because it is a general recollection, it is manifest. The proposition, the subject, what is to be proven, and what is to be recollected are one, and the absence of self-nature in the ultimate sense and the manifestation in the conventional sense are two propositions, etc., and not one knowledge manifesting two, when the dharma appears, it is said to be the nature of dharma, as it is said.

It is so. Since impermanence is a thing, there is no contradiction. If you ask, if there is no subject, then what is the nature of the Dharma? Only when it is determined, it is established that this is the nature of the Dharma, free from elaboration, or it is called without self-nature. Once it is determined, as soon as the subsequent inferential knowledge arises, it is not grasped as the nature of the Dharma, so there is no fault. However, the subject itself is free from elaboration, and by observing the differentiated Dharma, it is called the general characteristic, which is not contradictory. Therefore, the conventional truth is precisely the correct wisdom that realizes it as without self-nature. Otherwise, how can it be established that this is the conventional truth? As it is said in the "Manjushri's Abode Sutra": "The past and the future, the Dharma that arises now, are not the true meaning, but only nominal." This means that because it is not established in the ultimate truth, it is only the conventional truth. It also says: "One and many are not self-nature." This means that in the ultimate truth, the conventional truth itself is free from one and many. Therefore, it is said that it itself is without self-nature. If you think that you are grasping non-existence by negating existence, then the sutra says: "Whoever realizes the nature of no characteristics, their nature will turn into characteristics." This means that non-existence means that nothing is established. In the "Arya Dharma Going Everywhere Sutra," it also says: "Bodhisattva without intention, speaking of the various suppressions of Bodhisattva's wisdom, then how can emptiness be realized through selflessness? Emptiness is neither a thing nor a non-thing. If emptiness is a thing, then emptiness will become conditioned and impermanent. If emptiness is a non-thing, then emptiness will become non-empty. Therefore, emptiness is not a thing, nor is it a non-thing. In this way, emptiness can be realized through selflessness." It is said. If you think, why not say non-existence for something that is not established at all? The Holy Nagarjuna said: "This is to negate that nature, not to grasp it as non-nature. Just as showing non-white, not saying it is black." It is said. For the connection, such as wrong thoughts. The reason for establishing wrong thoughts, and the established itself.
