གུར་ཅིག་ཅེས་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་དོ། །བཙོན་ར་ལ་ཁ་ན་མ་ཐོ་བར་མཐོང་བའི་ཚེ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་གནས་མེད་པ་ལ་སྤོད་ཅིང་གང་དུ་དགའ་བར་འདོད་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག་ཅེས་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་དོ། །ཁྱིམ་ནས་ཁྱིམ་མེད་པར་འབྱུང་བའི་ཚེ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་སེམས་བཅིངས་པ་དང་གྲོལ་བ་མེད་ཅིང་ཆགས་པ་མེད་དེ་མི་དགོས་པ་དང་བྲལ་བར་གྱུར་ཅིང་ཅེས་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་དོ། །དགེ་འདུན་གྱི་ར་བའི་མཚམས་འདའ་བའི་ཚེ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་འགལ་ བ་མེད་པའི་ཆོས་དང་ལྡན་ཞིང༌། མཐུན་པར་འགྲོ་བ་མང་པོ་དང་ལྡན་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག་ཅེས་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་དོ། །མཁན་པོ་དང་སློབ་དཔོན་གྱི་དྲུང་དུ་འགྲོ་བའི་ཚེ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཆོས་ལ་རྩོམ་ཞིང་ཆོག་ལ་མཁས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག་ཅེས་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་དོ། །རབ་ཏུ་བྱུང་བར་གསོལ་བའི་ཚེ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་བར་ཆད་མེད་ཅིང་ཕྱིར་མི་ལྡོག་པའི་ཆོས་ཅན་དུ་གྱུར་ཅིག་ཅེས་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་དོ། །གོས་དཀར་པོ་འདོར་བའི་ཚེ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་སྡིག་པ་ལ་བརྩོན་པ་སྤངས་ཏེ། དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་ཤིན་ཏུ་སྦྱངས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག་ཅེས་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་དོ། །སྐྲ་དང་ཁ་སྤུ་འདྲེགས་པའི་ཚེ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཤིན་ཏུ་མཉམ་པར་གཞག་ཅིང་ཉོན་མོངས་པ་མེད་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག་ཅེས་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་དོ། །གོས་ངུར་སྨྲིག་གྱོན་པའི་ཚེ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་དྲང་སྲོང་ཆེན་པོའི་སེམས་དང་ལྡན་ཞིང་རྙོག་པ་མེད་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག་ཅེས་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་དོ། །རབ་ཏུ་བྱུང་བའི་ཚེ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྐྱབ་པའི་ཕྱིར་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་རབ་ཏུ་བྱུང་བས་རབ་ཏུ་འབྱུང་བར་གྱུར་ཅིག་ཅེས་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་དོ། །སངས་རྒྱས་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་འགྲོ་བའི་ཚེ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་དགེ་བ་ལ་མོས་པ་མངོན་པར་སྐྱེས་ནས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་གདུང་མི་འཆད་པའི་དོན་དུ་བརྩོན་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག་ཅེས་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་དོ། །ཆོས་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་འགྲོ་བའི་ཚེ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཆོས་ཀྱི་གཏེར་ཐོས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག་ཅེས་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་དོ། །དགེ་འདུན་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་འགྲོ་བའི་ཚེ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཆགས་པའི་གནས་དང་བྲལ་ཞིང་དགེ་འདུན་ཡོངས་སུ་སྡུད་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག་ཅེས་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་དོ། །བསླབ་པའི་ཚིག་ཡང་དག་པར་ལེན་པའི་ཚེ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཚུལ་བཟང་པོ་

发愿如帐篷一般。在监狱里看到不好的时候，菩萨发愿一切众生都能脱离无处可去的境地，愿他们都能随心所欲地快乐。从家出家的时候，菩萨发愿一切众生都能脱离心的束缚和解脱，没有贪恋，远离不需要的东西。当越过僧团的围墙时，菩萨发愿一切众生都能具有不违背的佛法，并拥有许多和谐相处的人。去堪布和阿阇黎那里的时候，菩萨发愿一切众生都能致力于佛法，并精通仪轨。请求出家的时候，菩萨发愿一切众生都能成为没有障碍且不退转的法器。脱下白衣服的时候，菩萨发愿一切众生都能放弃对罪恶的追求，并彻底修习善根。剃除头发和胡须的时候，菩萨发愿一切众生都能达到极度的平等，没有烦恼。穿上袈裟的时候，菩萨发愿一切众生都能具有伟大的正直者的心，没有污垢。出家的时候，菩萨发愿一切众生为了得到完全的救护，都能以如来出家的方式出家。皈依佛的时候，菩萨发愿一切众生都能生起对善法的极大信心，并努力使佛陀的种姓不中断。皈依法的时候，菩萨发愿一切众生都能听闻佛法的宝藏。皈依僧的时候，菩萨发愿一切众生都能脱离贪恋的处所，并完全聚集僧团。当正确地接受学处之词时，菩萨发愿一切众生都能具有良好的行为。

Generating the aspiration like a tent. When seeing something bad in a prison, the Bodhisattva aspires that all sentient beings may be freed from the state of having nowhere to go, and may they become happy as they wish. When going forth from home to homelessness, the Bodhisattva aspires that all sentient beings may be free from mental bondage and liberation, without attachment, and separated from what is unnecessary. When crossing the boundary of the monastic enclosure, the Bodhisattva aspires that all sentient beings may possess the Dharma without contradiction and have many who go along harmoniously. When going to the Khenpo and Acharya, the Bodhisattva aspires that all sentient beings may engage in the Dharma and become skilled in rituals. When requesting ordination, the Bodhisattva aspires that all sentient beings may become vessels of Dharma without obstacles and without regression. When discarding white clothes, the Bodhisattva aspires that all sentient beings may abandon the pursuit of evil and thoroughly cultivate the roots of virtue. When shaving hair and beard, the Bodhisattva aspires that all sentient beings may attain extreme equanimity and be without afflictions. When wearing monastic robes, the Bodhisattva aspires that all sentient beings may possess the mind of a great upright person and be without defilement. When ordaining, the Bodhisattva aspires that all sentient beings, in order to be completely protected, may ordain in the manner of the Tathagata's ordination. When taking refuge in the Buddha, the Bodhisattva aspires that all sentient beings may generate great faith in virtue and strive to ensure that the lineage of the Buddha is not interrupted. When taking refuge in the Dharma, the Bodhisattva aspires that all sentient beings may hear the treasure of the Dharma. When taking refuge in the Sangha, the Bodhisattva aspires that all sentient beings may be free from the place of attachment and completely gather the Sangha. When correctly receiving the words of the precepts, the Bodhisattva aspires that all sentient beings may have good conduct.

并且如实行持，愿一切学处皆能精进修学，如是发心。阿阇梨教导之时，菩萨发心愿一切有情行持不颠倒之业，成就具足正行与行境。堪布教导之时，菩萨发心愿一切有情从无住处真实趣入，成就无生智慧波罗蜜多。受具足戒之时，菩萨发心愿一切有情度越一切法之差别，成就善巧方便波罗蜜多。前往寺院之时，菩萨发心愿一切有情成为不被夺取之法性，于无上处如理行持。铺设坐垫之时，菩萨发心愿一切有情如实见法，成为善于安排之法性。就座之时，菩萨发心愿一切有情安住于不住之心之精华菩提之中。结跏趺坐之时，菩萨发心愿一切有情于不动之地，善根极为稳固。修习止住之时，菩萨发心愿一切有情勤奋于无余之究竟，并极度趋向寂静与调伏。修习胜观之时，菩萨发心愿一切有情成为极其无有烦恼之法性，如实见证真实之法。解开跏趺坐之时，菩萨发心愿一切有情极度安住于平等，并如实见证一切行皆为自性坏灭。脚底着地之时，菩萨发心愿一切 有情之心安住于解脱不散乱之中。抬起脚底之时，菩萨发心愿一切有情具足无罪

And may I practice correctly and become extremely proficient in all trainings, thus I generate the mind. When the teacher instructs, the Bodhisattva generates the mind, wishing that all sentient beings may engage in non-inverted actions and become perfect in conduct and sphere of activity. When the preceptor instructs, the Bodhisattva generates the mind, wishing that all sentient beings may truly enter from the state of non-abiding and attain the perfection of unborn wisdom. At the time of full ordination, the Bodhisattva generates the mind, wishing that all sentient beings may transcend the distinctions of all dharmas and attain the perfection of skillful means. When going to the monastery, the Bodhisattva generates the mind, wishing that all sentient beings may become of the nature of undeprivable dharma and practice perfectly in the unsurpassed state. When spreading a mat, the Bodhisattva generates the mind, wishing that all sentient beings may see the dharma as it is and become of the nature of well-arranged dharma. When sitting down, the Bodhisattva generates the mind, wishing that all sentient beings may sit in the essence of the non-abiding mind, enlightenment. When assuming the lotus posture, the Bodhisattva generates the mind, wishing that all sentient beings may have their roots of virtue firmly established on the immovable ground. When fully training in calm abiding, the Bodhisattva generates the mind, wishing that all sentient beings may strive for the ultimate end of all without exception and be greatly inclined towards peace and gentleness. When fully training in insight, the Bodhisattva generates the mind, wishing that all sentient beings may become of the nature of being utterly free from afflictions and see the true dharma as it is. When dismantling the lotus posture, the Bodhisattva generates the mind, wishing that all sentient beings may be perfectly equipoised and clearly see that all conditioned things are by nature perishable. When placing the soles of the feet on the ground, the Bodhisattva generates the mind, wishing that the minds of all sentient beings may abide in liberation, unconfused. When lifting the soles of the feet, the Bodhisattva generates the mind, wishing that all sentient beings may possess freedom from fault.
