The perception of suffering, the perception of selflessness, the perception of impurity, the perception of disagreeableness towards food, the perception of displeasure towards all the world, the perception of death, the perception of complete abandonment, the perception of detachment from desire, and the perception of cessation. Among these, thinking that it is impermanent because it depends on causes and conditions is the perception of impermanence. Thinking that it is harmful to body and mind is the perception of suffering. Thinking that I have no autonomy and am controlled by others is the perception of selflessness. Thinking that the nature of the body is characterized by blood and pus, etc., is the perception of impurity. Thinking that when food is put into the mouth, it mixes with saliva and mucus, etc., and enters the stomach, and that in the stomach it will turn into feces and urine, is the perception of disagreeableness towards food. Thinking that all sentient beings are burned by the fire of afflictions such as desire, and are tormented by the harm of birth and aging, is the perception of displeasure towards all the world. Thinking that like a vase with a broken bottom, the vitality of life is exhausted in every moment, is the perception of death. Initially, at the time of the immediate path of the fruit of stream-entry, it is the perception of complete abandonment. At the time of the immediate path of the fruit of once-returner, it is the perception of detachment from desire. At the time of the immediate path of the fruit of Arhat, it is the perception of cessation. In that aggregate, faith, diligence, thought, etc., which are formations associated with mind, and birth, aging, etc., and aggregates of names, aggregates of words, etc., which are formations not associated with mind, are the aggregate of formations. In that aggregate, the contaminated aggregates and the consciousness that does not rejoice in the qualities of the five desires are the aggregate of consciousness. In order to show that the five uncontaminated aggregates have been explained, it is said, "Monks, these are the five aggregates," meaning that the five uncontaminated aggregates are complete. Therefore, the five aggregates are mentioned.

That would be sufficient. If asked, why is it necessary to grasp the characteristics of form and feeling? Grasping the characteristics of form and feeling is to prevent those other uncontaminated aggregates such as discipline. Under the five aggregates, the five aggregates of grasping are taught, so that they can be explained as they are taught. Therefore, the Blessed One said, "Monks, what are the five aggregates of grasping?" etc. If asked, why is it necessary to explain the five aggregates of grasping? If the five aggregates of grasping are explained, they become the four truths, and therefore, the wisdom of knowing only that will arise. If wisdom arises, then the faults that remain in the mind will be abandoned. If faults are abandoned, then karma will not be accumulated. If karma is not accumulated, then one will be separated from suffering and attain happiness, that is the purpose. Or, by teaching the aggregates, one will know that the aggregates are impermanent, not happiness, selfless, without essence, without refuge, without protector, without autonomy, and afflicted by endless sufferings such as old age, sickness, and death, like bubbles, blisters, mirages, banana trees, and illusions, as they truly are. If one knows them as they truly are, then the noble hearers will dispel the darkness of ignorance in their minds. If darkness is dispelled, then the light of the knowledge of the heretics, like fireflies, will be subdued like the sun subduing the dew, and abandoning wrong views and the faults arising from them, such as birth and old age, one will attain the qualities of nirvana, that is the purpose. Among them, the word "དེ་ལ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་སྒྲ་ནི་(梵文,天城体,罗马音,汉语字面意思)" is to distinguish this dharma from other dharmas, or to want to teach, or to lead the beginning of the word. "དགེ་སློང་དག་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་(梵文,天城体,罗马音,汉语字面意思)" is a call. "ལེན་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་(梵文,天城体,罗马音,汉语字面意思)", because the collection of afflictions takes the future existence, so desire and other afflictions are called "grasping", and the aggregates arising from grasping are the aggregates of grasping, because the intermediate words are not hidden, so it is like the fire of grass and chaff. For example, the fire that arises from grass is called grass fire, and the fire that arises from chaff is called chaff fire, just like not hiding the words. Some people do not hide the words.
