Where one sees, or in places like stupas and temples, one engages in sexual misconduct. Engaging in sexual misconduct at inappropriate times refers to engaging in it during the day when one's wife is bleeding, pregnant, or when a young child is breastfeeding. Engaging in it during pregnancy harms the fetus, and engaging in it when a young child is breastfeeding quickly depletes the milk. Even if the child drinks the milk, the body will not become strong or develop, so it should not be engaged in. To summarize the explanation of the three unwholesome actions of the body, it is said that these are the three actions of the body. To explain the meaning of the phrase "engaging in sexual misconduct with desire," it is said, "desire, desire," and so on. Because the word "desire, desire" is condemned by the wicked and the noble ones, it is called engaging in sexual misconduct with desire. It is sexual misconduct with desire when five conditions are complete: the five conditions are that there is a woman, the three doors (referring to body, speech, and mind) are not damaged, there is a mind of desire, one enters the three doors, and one feels pleasure. To explain lying, it is said, "What is lying?" and so on. Untrue words are lies. This is divided into two types: worldly and transcendental. Among these, in terms of the worldly, it is said, "When asked, one does not answer truthfully," and so on. For example, when two people are in a dispute, one of the good people is appointed as a judge, and he is told, "Please speak truthfully about what you have heard and seen regarding the dispute between these two people." When asked for one's own benefit or to deceive others, one does not speak truthfully or honestly about what one has heard and seen, but instead lies, this is called lying. If the person who lies speaks to someone who knows the truth, it becomes a lie, otherwise it does not. Therefore, the definition of lying is: speaking words that do not match the facts in front of someone who knows the truth constitutes a lie. In terms of the transcendental, it is said, "Claiming to have attained the Arhat fruit when one has not attained it," and so on. The enemy is desire, and so on.

are afflictions. The one who has overcome them is an Arhat. Because they become a supreme field of merit, all beings should make offerings to them, hence they are called Arhats. If, due to attachment to gain and honor, one says that someone who is not an Arhat is an Arhat, it is a lie. Doing it for the sake of laughter is not a lie. By what means is the meaning of what is said understood? If it is understood by the body, does it become a lie? It does become a lie, therefore it is said: If one does not utter words, is there a fault of lying? There is, if it is understood by the body. This is like what is said during the Uposatha. Having four branches constitutes a lie: being attached to gain and honor for oneself, intending to speak a lie, and being understood by others. To explain divisive speech. What is divisive speech? It is said, and so on. To separate friends. Conveying words to each other with intention is divisive speech. There are two types: conveying true words and conveying untrue words. Among them, the term "truth" indicates conveying true words, which means truthfully conveying words that others have said that others dislike, without adding embellishments. Untrue words are conveying words to each other with embellishments, even though others have not said unpleasant words to others. Speaking words that cause friends to separate in such a way, and if they do separate, it is divisive speech. Having four branches constitutes divisive speech: intending to engage in divisive speech, speaking divisive words, and others understanding the meaning. To explain harsh speech. What is harsh speech? It is said, and so on. Among them, words that revile others are harsh speech. To explain that meaning. It is said, "May you suffer," and so on. It means desiring others' minds to suffer with a mind of anger. Speaking words that are displeasing and disliked by others, such as lineage, relatives, and faults, is called harsh speech. Having four branches constitutes speaking harsh speech: speaking harsh words with a mind of anger

Thinking, speaking, and causing suffering in the minds of others through that. In order to explain frivolous talk, such as the question "What is frivolous talk?" In short, it is not about attaining liberation or destroying afflictions, nor is it Dharma talk, but speaking words that will generate afflictions such as attachment, which is called frivolous talk. To explain in detail what that is, such as "the talk of kings" and so on. In the past, there was a king named Shri Hariharisha, and telling about his entourage, ministers, palace, etc., is like this, this is the talk of kings. Telling about a certain thief or robber who destroyed the dwelling of another and carried away possessions, etc., is the talk of thieves. When the armies of two kings fight, telling how many heroes, how many elephants, how many horses, how many small troops there are, and what the end will be like, this is the talk of war. Telling about our own parents, relatives, friends, or loved ones, what they eat, what they drink, and how they live happily at this time, or what they will eat and drink in the future, this is the talk about alcohol. Telling about these two gamblers gambling, who lost, who won, or we also won like this at this time, this is the talk of gambling. Telling about what kind of beautiful women have appeared in the past or present, which men they often associate with, and how many such beautiful women I have associated with, and how their behavior is, this is the talk about women. Telling about the knowledge and heroic deeds of past kings, ministers, Brahmins, and householders, etc., this is a story. Furthermore, singing and explaining the treatises of non-Buddhists, etc., are also called frivolous talk. So, in the time of the Chakravartin king, is singing also frivolous talk? No, because combining the words of liberation from samsara and attainment of nirvana with songs and singing them, it is not like the language of villagers, which is meaningless, so there is no fault.
