It is also said in the Abhidharmakosha: Like mixing songs and lyrics, like soaking in bad treatises. Therefore, in reality, abandoning the four faults of speech and teaching the gentle and meaningful supreme Dharma is called correct speech. The characteristics of these will be explained in detail at the time of the correct karmic boundary. In order to explain the correct karmic boundary, what is the correct karmic boundary? It is said that body, speech, and mind, in short, abandoning the ten non-virtuous deeds of body, speech, and mind, and cultivating the ten virtuous paths of body, speech, and mind is called the correct karmic boundary. In order to explain what the ten non-virtuous deeds and the ten virtuous deeds are, it is said, "Among them, there are three types of body," and so on. The actions of the body are killing, stealing, and sexual misconduct, which are called the three non-virtuous deeds of the body, and abandoning these three is called the three virtuous deeds of the body. It is said, "There are four types of speech," lying, harsh speech, divisive speech, and idle chatter are the four non-virtuous deeds of speech, and abandoning these four is called the four virtuous deeds of speech. It is said, "There are three types of mind," greed, hatred, and wrong view are the three non-virtuous deeds of the mind, and abandoning these three is called the three virtuous deeds of the mind. The three non-virtuous deeds of the body, the four non-virtuous deeds of speech, and the three non-virtuous deeds of the mind together make up the ten non-virtuous deeds. The three virtuous deeds of the body, the four virtuous deeds of speech, and the three virtuous deeds of the mind together make up the ten virtuous deeds. These ten paths of action are classified in eight ways, namely, complete limbs, detailed distinctions, cause, place, door, size of the path of action, fruit, and name. Among them, in terms of complete limbs, what is killing? and so on. It is said that with five limbs, the act of killing is complete, and if any of them are missing, it is not killing. Or, in order to explain the first limb, it is said, "It is also a living being," that is, the object to be killed must be a real sentient being, not a highland or a trunk.

It is not son, etc. In order to show the second limb, it is said, "Also to be perceived as a living being," if what is thought to be killed is also known to be a living being, and life has been cut off, if one strikes a living being with the perception that it is a tree trunk, etc., then it is killing. In short, this is to explain: what is thought to be killed is the object that is killed, meaning that nothing else is killed. In order to show the third limb, it is said, "Also arises the intention to kill," if one kills with the intention to kill, then it is killing; if there is no intention to kill, and one kills with a mind without afflictions, then it is not killing. In order to show the fourth limb, it is said, "Also caused harm," even if there is an intention to kill, if one does not strike with weapons, etc., then it is not killing; if one strikes with weapons, etc., because one wants to kill, that is the meaning. In order to show the fifth limb, it is said, "And that also dies," the object to be killed also has its life force cut off, the five limbs are complete, and the killing is completed. So-called killing is that life is the living life force, harming or preventing its continuation is killing. Even in a very short time, when life is completely exhausted and stopped, obstructing the arising of a life force for a moment is also associated with the fault of killing, let alone other situations? The meaning of "except for negligence and unseen" is that death due to negligence, or hitting a person thinking it was hitting a tree, or not seeing someone and throwing stones, etc., causing death, these are not killing. In order to show not giving, therefore it is said, "Then what is not giving?" and so on. Taking the property of others by force, deception, or stealth is not giving. This also requires five limbs to complete not giving, and it becomes stealing. In order to show the first limb, it is said, "With the intention to steal," if one thinks that putting something here will be lost, so one wants to put it elsewhere, with a virtuous
