Furthermore, the sphere of infinite space (Tibetan: མ་མཁའ་མཐའ་ཡས་སྐྱེ་མཆེད་), the sphere of infinite consciousness (Tibetan: རྣམ་ཤེས་མཐའ་ཡས་སྐྱེ་མཆེད་), and the sphere of nothingness are said to be consciousness based on the perception of the infinity of space, etc., and therefore, consciousness is said to be included in perception. Those in the peak of existence and the sphere of neither perception nor non-perception are said to be consciousness included in volition, because consciousness depends on volition being associated or not associated with the mind. The five kinds of seeds are: the seed of seeds, the seed of roots, the seed of stems, the seed of trunks, and the seed itself. The answer is: This sutra says that the craving of arising is only the truth of arising, which is said in terms of the main cause of all contaminated dharmas, and the main cause is existence. How is it the main cause? It is because this craving pervades all places, pervades all times, and pervades all realms. Pervading all places means that it always follows the three feelings. How is it? When it is united with painful feelings, craving arises to be separated from it, and when it is not united, craving arises to not be united. When it is united with pleasant feelings, craving arises to not be separated from it, and when it is separated from it, craving arises to be united with it. In the time of neither pleasant nor painful feelings, it is because ignorance always arises. Pervading all times means that craving arises following the three times. Pervading all realms means that in the enjoyment of the three realms, craving arises for the craving of desire, and in the future time and enjoyment, craving arises for aspiration, and in the present body and enjoyment, craving arises to always be together. Pervading all realms means that it is attached to the objects of the three realms. In the desire realm, due to craving, it is attached to the five objects of desire. In the form realm, due to existence, it is attached to the taste of meditative concentration.

And, in the formless realm, it is in order to be attached to the formless absorption by the power of desire. In order to show the truth of cessation, it is said, "What is the noble truth of the cessation of suffering?" etc. To be separated from the eight sufferings such as birth, and not to possess them, is the cessation of suffering. To understand it in this way becomes noble, or because the noble ones understand it in this way, it is called the noble truth of the cessation of suffering. Nirvana is the abandonment of all suffering, and because it is completely without inversion or error, it is called the noble truth of the cessation of suffering. Cessation is also of two kinds: cessation without individual analysis and cessation with individual analysis. Among them, cessation without individual analysis is like a stone thrown into the sky falling down, arising and ceasing in each moment, not destroyed by anything, but naturally disappearing. Cessation with individual analysis is when the tree of affliction is burned by the fire of wisdom that realizes the noble truths, and one is no longer born in the three realms. Here, it is intended to be cessation with individual analysis. The truth of cessation is also explained by eleven aspects: characteristic, profound, conventional, ultimate, incomplete, complete, unadorned, adorned, with remainder, without remainder, and nomenclature. How is it explained by characteristic? Suchness and the non-arising of karma and afflictions are the characteristic of cessation. Suchness is the selflessness of the person. The path is the eightfold noble path. The non-arising of afflictions is when afflictions such as desire are abandoned together, and do not arise later. Therefore, it is explained that it is the characteristic of non-cessation, that is, where it ceases, by what it ceases, and what ceases. Among them, where it ceases is when it ceases in the state of nirvana by understanding the selflessness of the person. By what it ceases is when it ceases by the truth of the path. What ceases is when the collection of afflictions ceases. Therefore, in terms of cessation, the Blessed One said: Eye and ear, as well as nose, tongue and body.
