As it is said in the scriptures, if one diligently practices the Dharma, it is called entering the Dharma and practicing the Dharma. To explain what kind of person possesses such merits, it is said in the scriptures that there is a Sangha that strives to attain the fruit of stream-entry, and so on. Among them, stream-entry refers to the noble path. Entering the noble path is stream-entry. The fruit of stream-entry refers to the wisdom of knowing after the path, which exists in sixteen moments. Entering for manifestation refers to the forbearance of knowing after the path, which exists in fifteen moments of the mind. The so-called Sangha of diligence refers to the sixteen moments of the mind abiding in the wisdom of knowing after the path, who has already cut off all the afflictions to be abandoned by the path of seeing in the three realms. Entering to manifest the fruit of once-returner refers to abiding on the path of abandoning the afflictions to be abandoned by the path of cultivation in the desire realm, that is, the great of the great, the middle of the great, the small of the great, the great of the middle, the middle of the middle, the small of the middle, the great of the small, the middle of the small, and the small of the small, among these nine kinds of afflictions, up to the five kinds of afflictions of the middle level. The Sangha of once-returner refers to abiding on the path of abandoning the afflictions to be abandoned by the path of cultivation in the desire realm, that is, the great of the small and the middle of the small, these eight kinds of afflictions. Striving to manifest the fruit of non-returner refers to abiding on the path of abandoning the afflictions to be abandoned by the path of cultivation in the desire realm, that is, the great of the small and the middle of the small, these two kinds of afflictions. The Sangha of non-returner refers to abiding on the path of abandoning the afflictions to be abandoned by the path of cultivation in the desire realm, that is, the small of the small, these nine kinds of afflictions. Thus, because one no longer comes to this desire realm and enters into extinction, it is called once-returner. Striving to manifest the fruit of Arhat refers to each of the form realm having nine kinds of afflictions.

Yeah! Among the four absorptions of the formless realm, afflictions are further divided into nine types each. Among them, the afflictions of the peak of existence are the medium of the small, residing on the path of abandoning eight aspects. An Arhat resides on the path of abandoning the nine afflictions of the peak of existence. Because all afflictions resembling enemies are completely destroyed there, it is called an Arhat. Or because it is worthy of worship and respect by all the worlds, it is called an Arhat. Therefore, in other sutras, it is also said that one should be worthy of offerings and respect by the senses and near senses. The so-called four pairs of persons refer to the four entries and the attainment of the four fruits, thus there are eight individuals. The so-called "thus" means as mentioned above. The so-called perfect faith is because one possesses irreversible trust in actions and results, as well as the truths, therefore it is perfect faith. Or because one possesses the four branches of entering the stream, it is perfect faith. Because one possesses the precepts of six branches or the undefiled precepts, it is perfect morality. The so-called "good in the beginning, good in the middle," etc., because one has heard most of the sutras and heard them without distortion, it is perfect hearing. Because one possesses the characteristic of undefiled samadhi that focuses on the selflessness of individuals, it is perfect samadhi. Because one possesses the wisdom to understand the four noble truths without error, it is perfect wisdom. Because one possesses the abandonment of afflictions to be abandoned by seeing and to be abandoned by meditation, it is perfect liberation. After that, because one possesses the knowledge of having abandoned afflictions, the knowledge of having done what needs to be done, and the knowledge that afflictions will not arise in one's mindstream in the future, it is called perfect liberation knowledge and vision. Because Indra, Brahma, and others in the heavenly realms, as well as kings and ministers in the human realm, become the place of giving and offering, it is called worthy of offering. Because it is worthy of being offered with sacred, good, and numerous things, it is extremely worthy of offering. From time to time
