Complete purity gives rise to faith. Here, if refraining from evil deeds such as killing is combined with not committing evil even for the sake of life, one will have faith that one possesses the discipline pleasing to the noble ones. Complete purity of right livelihood will give rise to faith. How so? For example, robes and other necessities are sought lawfully, not through deceit or trickery. By abandoning the holding of many possessions, others will have faith that one's livelihood is completely pure. In this regard, Right view is endowed with realization, because one knows the nature of the Dharma that is realized in the stages of the path of seeing, without perversion. Right thought is the roaring of a lion, because one teaches the Dharma that has been realized to others without obstruction. Right speech, right action, and right livelihood clearly show one's own realization and vows. Right effort is the limb that completely counteracts the obscurations of afflictions, because it abandons all the afflictions that are to be abandoned through meditation. Right mindfulness is the limb that purifies subtle afflictions, because it notices when agitation and dullness arise from the mind, and does not allow them to arise again. Right concentration is the limb that completely purifies the obstacles to obtaining special qualities, because concentration purifies the obstacles to obtaining the five superknowledges, such as the divine eye, and thus enables one to obtain those qualities. These eight limbs of the Noble Path can also be classified into five aspects: object, nature, companion, practice, and the fruit of practice. Among these, the object of the paths is that, after the arising of the path of seeing, at the time of the path of seeing, one focuses on the truth that is seen as it is, in its true nature. The nature is the eight limbs, from right view to right concentration. The companion is the mind and mental factors that are associated with these, such as faith and non-attachment. The practice is the cultivation of right view, which means dwelling in solitude, dwelling in detachment, dwelling in cessation, and dedicating oneself to complete renunciation.

etc. The fruits of cultivation are complete severance, enabling others to attain, convincing others, purifying the obscurations of afflictions, purifying the obscurations of near afflictions, and purifying the obscurations of attaining special qualities. These eightfold noble paths are considered by the Hinayana Abhidharma practitioners to be cultivated on the path of seeing. Because they, according to the Hinayana Sutra school, consider it to be the path of cultivation, they hold it to be solely the path of cultivation. After teaching the eightfold noble path, the sixteen aspects of mindfulness of breathing in and out were taught. In order to explain it as it was taught, they said, "What are the sixteen aspects of mindfulness of breathing in and out?" etc. Among them, the outward flow of air is exhaling, and the inward flow is inhaling. Mindfulness focused on exhaling and inhaling is called mindfulness of breathing in and out. It is also the nature of wisdom completely grasped by mindfulness. Here, "mindfulness" refers to the power of mindfulness, which has become powerful. The wisdom completely grasped by the power of mindfulness focuses on the exhalation and inhalation of air. Among them, there are two types of exhalation. What are the two? Exhalation and intermediate exhalation. There are also two types of inhalation: inhalation and intermediate inhalation. Inhalation is when the air enters the navel immediately after it is exhaled. Intermediate air is inhalation, which enters the navel and stops. For a short period of time, air does not come out, and the rest period is not long. A very subtle air is generated. Exhalation and intermediate exhalation should also be described in the same way, with the difference that exhalation is the outward flow of air, starting from the navel and reaching between the mouth and nose, and even extending beyond the body by a span and a cubit, etc. Intermediate air is when the exhaled air stops, and for a period of time there is no strong exhalation, and the rest period
