The four great elements, and softness, roughness, lightness, coldness, hunger, and thirst. What is non-manifest form? It also has three aspects: virtuous, non-virtuous, and the nature of both. Virtuous manifestation also has three aspects: arising from the Pratimoksha vows, arising from Samadhi, and arising from uncontaminated Samadhi. Arising from the Pratimoksha vows are: Bhikshu, Bhikshuni, Upasaka, Upasika, and those who observe temporary vows. Arising from Samadhi is: arising from the cause of the four Samadhis of the Form Realm. Uncontaminated discipline is: arising from the cause of cultivating the eight limbs of the Noble Path. Non-virtuous non-manifestation is: the minds of butchers, fishermen, hunters, etc., who commit sinful non-virtuous deeds. The nature of both is: not eating food without making a mandala. Or, vowing not to eat food without beating or killing certain sentient beings. How should one understand the Form Aggregate? It should be understood in eleven ways, each according to its nature: to be known as impure, to be known as arising from it, to be known as abiding in it, to be known as eating it, to be known as delighting in it, to be known as arising from it, to be known as arising from it, to be known as without essence, to be known as impermanent, to be known as suffering, to be known as empty, and to be known as selfless. To be known as impure is: this body, from the crown of the head to the sole of the foot, should be known as being of the nature of pus, blood, serum, etc. To be known as arising from it is: this body should be known as initially formed from the mother's blood and the father's semen. To be known as abiding in it is: when dwelling in the mother's womb, between the place of digestion and the place of non-digestion, it should be known as dwelling surrounded by various impurities. To be known as eating it is: the mother eats and drinks food, etc., which turns into saliva and serum, etc., and this body eats them. Having said

It should be known. Among them, knowing the place of delight is: knowing that when the two parents engage in impure conduct, they delight in the blood, semen, and foul odor that arise from it. Among them, knowing the place of arising is: knowing that various kinds of impurities arise from this body. It should be known. Knowing the absence of essence is: even if the head of an elephant or other animal has an essence like a pearl, know that this body does not have even a particle worth cherishing. Knowing impermanence is: knowing that it has the nature of decaying in every moment. Knowing suffering is: knowing that this body is always tormented by happiness, death, and so on. It should be known. Knowing emptiness is: knowing that there is no permanent self inside this body as speculated by non-Buddhists. Knowing selflessness is: knowing that this body itself is not the nature of a permanent self as speculated by non-Buddhists. It should be known. The so-called aggregate of feeling has three kinds of feelings: pleasant feeling, painful feeling, and neither pleasant nor painful feeling. Among them, whatever is beneficial and comfortable to the body and mind is pleasant feeling. Whatever is not beneficial and harmful to the body and mind is painful feeling. Whatever is neither comfortable nor harmful to the body and mind is neither pleasant nor painful feeling. Alternatively, experiencing the result of virtuous karma is pleasant feeling, experiencing the result of non-virtuous karma is painful feeling, and experiencing the result of unspecified karma is neither pleasant nor painful feeling. Then, how should the aggregate of feeling be known? It should be understood in seven ways: knowing that it is deceptive, knowing that it is an obstacle to liberation, knowing that it is covering, knowing that it seems permanent but is not, knowing that it is the source of destruction, knowing that it is never satisfied, and knowing that it is impermanent. Among them, knowing that it is deceptive is: the noble ones see all feelings as suffering, but these feelings appear like happiness to ordinary people. It should be known.
