This is why it should be done. It is said that it is necessary to always protect it like a child and a young person. For example, if a young child is not always protected, they will enter the fire, or fall into a cliff, or be stabbed by a weapon, so it is necessary to always protect them. Similarly, if this body is not protected in such a way that the doors of the senses do not enter the external environment, it will be stabbed by the weapons of afflictions and so on. It is said that it is necessary to always abandon it like a broken container. For example, just as water cannot always stay in a broken container, this five aggregates also cannot always hold good Dharma and will leak. Or, for example, just as a broken container is always thrown away, these five aggregates are also often abandoned by noble and wise people. It is said that it is necessary to always torment it like a bad place. For example, just as a bad place harms places without leaders and masters, this body is also often harmed by the enemies of diseases. Or, just as a bad place is always harmed and tormented by poverty because it does not have food, clothing, and other utensils, this body is also often tormented by suffering such as not being able to obtain what it wants, and encountering people it does not like and being separated from people it likes. It is said that it should be abandoned like food mixed with poison. For example, just as eating food mixed with poison will cause various harms to the body, so it should be abandoned, this body should also be abandoned by the wise. It is said that it is needed for only a moment like a borrowed container. For example, just as a container borrowed from another place is only useful for a moment, and is not useful for all time, this body is only useful when practicing Dharma, and is not useful for all time other than that. However, this body is not completely abandoned. For example, if a cart is made from wood, the wood itself is not useful, but after it is made into a cart, it can be used to transport goods. If this body is disassembled according to the method of observation described above, it is not useful, but it is for transporting the goods of Dharma practice. Therefore, it is not to be abandoned either. Therefore, it is said that only the thought of practicing Dharma should be grasped. Therefore, this body is only the thought that is needed for practicing Dharma.

It means that it is not enough to be attached to this alone. In order to further explain the meditation method of cutting off desire, the Buddha declared "Furthermore, monks" and other teachings. Its meaning is to cut off desire by observing the initial and final causes of the body and analyzing them carefully. The so-called "just the body" means that this body is made of impure things from beginning to end, or that it is just the nature of impurity, and should be constantly contemplated in this way. How to contemplate constantly? Therefore, the Buddha said, "Therefore, the initial and final causes are constant," meaning that what is the initial cause of this body, and what is the final cause, are all made of impure things, so it is constant. In order to explain the initial cause of the body, the Buddha declared "parents' semen" and other teachings, meaning that the initial cause of this body is the father's semen and the mother's blood, and the initial cause is also made of impure causes, so it is constant. In order to explain the final cause, the Buddha declared "digestion of food" and other teachings, meaning that the final cause that nourishes this body is the digestion process after eating food. And so on, refers to how food runs in one part after another after digestion, and collects the contents of the scriptures. In order to explain the meaning of the collection, the Buddha declared "eating food bite by bite, just after eating" and other teachings, meaning that eating food bite by bite, just after eating, will initially enter the position of phlegm. After reaching the position of phlegm, it is diluted by phlegm, and then becomes a characteristic liquid mixed with phlegm, becoming the nature of impurity. After digesting in the position of phlegm, it then enters the position of bile. After reaching the position of bile, these things mature, become hot, digest, and then become sour. After becoming sour, it enters the position of wind. After digesting from the position of phlegm and reaching the position of wind, the wind separates them, separates the dross, and separates the essence. Among them, urine and other dirt are produced from the separated dross. Blood is produced from essence and marrow. Meat is produced from blood. Fat is produced from meat. Bone is produced from fat. From the bones are produced
