ཕུང་པོའི་སྐད་ཅིག་མའི་ཆུ་བོའི་རྒྱུན་འདི་ལ་ཡང་མཐར་འཆི་བའི་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ལ་ཐུག་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །བླ་ཐབས་སུ་འོངས་པའི་ཁྱིམ་ ལྟར་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་གནས་ཤེས་པ་ནི། དཔེར་ན་གློ་བུར་བའི་ཁྱིམ་དུ་བྱས་པ་དེ་ན་མལ་སྟན་དང་ཁ་ཟས་མེད་པས། སྡུག་བསྔལ་གྱི་གནས་ཡིན་པ་བཞིན་དུ། ཕུང་པོ་འདི་དག་ཀྱང་བདེ་བ་མེད་ཀྱི། སྐྱེ་རྒ་ན་འཆི་དང་ལྡན་པས་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཀུན་གྱི་གནས་སོ། །སྐྱབས་མེད་པའི་གནས་ལྟར་ཀུན་མ་བཟུང་བ་ཞེས་པ་ནི། དཔེར་ན་བདག་པོས་མ་བཟུང་བའི་ལམ་སྲང་ངམ་བཞི་མདོ་དག་ཏུ་འདྲོན་པོའི་དོན་དུ་བརྩིགས་པའི་ཁང་ཁྱིམ་འཆོས་པའི་བདག་པོ་མེད་པ་དེ་བཞིན་དུ། ལུས་འདི་ལ་ཡང་ཕན་པར་བྱེད་པའི་གྲོགས་པོ་དང་སྐྱབས་བྱེད་པའི་བདག་པོ་མེད་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །བཙོན་བསྲུང་ལྟར་གསུག་ཆུད་པ་ཞེས་པ་ནི། དཔེར་ན་བཙོན་བསྲུང་གསུག་གིས་མགུ་ན་བཙོན་གཏོང་བར་བྱེད་པ་དེ་བཞིན་དུ། ལུས་འདི་ཡང་འདོད་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་ལྔ་ལ་བརྟེན་པ་སྟེ། མགུ་ན་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་གཏོང་བར་བྱེད་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །ཡང་ན་བརྩོན་བསྲུང་གསུག་ཅུང་ཟད་ཀྱིས་མགུ་བར་དཀའ་བ་བཞིན་དུ། ལུས་འདི་ཡང་བདེ་བ་ཅུང་ཟད་ཙམ་གྱིས་མགུ་བར་དཀའ་བའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །མཐའ་ཁོབ་ཀྱི་གྲོང་ལྟར་རྟག་པར་གཙེས་པ་ཞེས་པ་ནི། དཔེར་ན་ཡུལ་མཐའ་ཁོབ་ཀྱི་གྲོང་འཇོམས་པ་དང་འཕྲོག་པའི་དགྲ་མང་བ་བཞིན་དུ། 为了断除贪欲之根本，是为了寻找机会。所谓“如盗贼般不可靠”是指，譬如盗贼，不能信任他不会偷盗一样，这个身体也不能信任它会永远与你相伴，因为在不期待的时候也会坏灭。所谓“如不友善者般有害”是指：不友善者不是朋友，是指那些心意不相合的人。正如不友善者不会想着对我有利一样，这个身体也不会想着对我有利。所谓“如刽子手般阻碍智慧的生命”是指，正如杀害众生的刽子手会阻碍众生的生命一样，这个身体也会阻碍听闻、思维和修习的智慧的生命。所谓“如空城般无有精华”是指，譬如空城中没有人、牲畜和财物的精华一样，在五蕴之中，也没有福德和智慧的积聚的特征的精华存在于任何一个蕴中。所谓“如陶器般终将坏灭”是指，譬如陶工的器皿，如碗和瓶子最终会破碎和坏灭一样，这个出生的蕴，最终也不会停留，终将坏灭。所谓“如粪坑般充满各种不净之物”是指，譬如不净之器和场所，充满大小便、呕吐物等各种不净之物一样，这个身体也充满各种不净之物。所谓“如脓疮般流淌不净之物”是指，正如脓疮流淌脓液一样，这个身体也流淌鼻涕、唾液等不净之物。所谓“如蛇、人、狗和尸体般气味难闻”是指，譬如蛇的尸体、人的尸体和狗的腐烂尸体气味难闻一样，这个身体也经常散发难闻的气味。所谓“如厕所般是不净之物的来源”是指，譬如鼻涕等各种不净之物产生一样，这个身体也是各种不净之物产生的来源。

In order to eradicate the root of greed, it is to seek opportunities. The so-called "unreliable like a thief" means that, just as a thief cannot be trusted not to steal, this body cannot be trusted to always be with you, because it will perish when you least expect it. The so-called "harmful like an unfriendly person" means: an unfriendly person is not a friend, referring to those whose minds are not in harmony. Just as an unfriendly person would not think of benefiting me, this body would not think of benefiting me either. The so-called "obstructing the life of wisdom like an executioner" means that, just as an executioner who kills sentient beings obstructs the life of sentient beings, this body also obstructs the life of wisdom from listening, thinking, and meditating. The so-called "empty like an empty city, devoid of essence" means that, just as an empty city lacks the essence of people, livestock, and wealth, within the five aggregates, there is no essence of the characteristics of the accumulation of merit and wisdom in any of the aggregates. The so-called "destined to perish like pottery" means that, just as the utensils of a potter, such as bowls and bottles, will eventually break and perish, this born aggregate will not remain in the end, but will eventually perish. The so-called "filled with various impurities like a cesspool" means that, just as impure vessels and places are filled with various impurities such as feces, urine, and vomit, this body is also filled with various impurities. The so-called "leaking impurities like a festering sore" means that, just as pus flows from a festering sore, this body also flows with impurities such as mucus and saliva. The so-called "smelling unpleasant like a snake, a person, a dog, and a corpse" means that, just as the corpse of a snake, the corpse of a person, and the rotting corpse of a dog smell unpleasant, this body also constantly emits an unpleasant odor. The so-called "source of impurities like a toilet" means that, just as various impurities such as mucus are produced, this body is also a source of various impurities.

要知道一切痛苦的处所，譬如寄居在临时搭建的房屋里，没有床铺和食物，是痛苦的处所一样。这些蕴身也没有安乐，具有生老病死，是一切痛苦的处所。如同无依无靠的处所一样，谁也不守护它，譬如无人守护的道路或十字路口，为了强盗而建造的房屋没有主人一样。这个身体也没有能带来利益的朋友和能庇护的主人。如同狱卒一样被贿赂，譬如狱卒被贿赂就会放走囚犯一样。这个身体也依赖于五种欲妙，被贿赂就会舍弃善根。或者如同狱卒难以用少量贿赂满足一样，这个身体也难以用少许安乐满足。如同边境的村庄一样经常被侵扰，譬如边境的村庄有很多摧毁和抢夺的敌人一样，这个身体也有内部的损害，如疾病等，以及外部的损害，如寒冷和炎热等的侵害。所谓如沙城般易于崩坏，譬如沙堡不稳定且具有崩坏的自性一样，这个蕴身也是刹那间崩坏且不稳定的自性。所谓如火般不知满足，譬如火焚烧之物无论投入什么都不会满足，都会焚烧殆尽一样，这个身体也如同喝盐水一样，对于享用五种欲妙不知满足。所谓如海般难以逾越，譬如大海有很多如摩羯鱼等损害，难以到达彼岸一样，这个身体也具有很多烦恼的毒害，难以舍弃。所谓如蛇窝般应谨慎舍弃，譬如畏惧毒蛇之害的人们，为了不遭遇毒蛇的损害，应远离毒蛇的窝一样，畏惧生老病死痛苦的人们，应远离这个蕴身。
