Because it has already been abandoned, there is no need to abandon it again. Because the cessation that should be manifested has already been manifested, there is no need to manifest it now. Because the path that should be cultivated has already been cultivated, there is no need to cultivate it now. The arising of these four kinds of wisdom is the seeing of liberation, the arising of the wisdom of "I am liberated," which is called obtaining the aggregate of the wisdom of liberation. In general, these words show the attainment of the five aggregates without outflows. The ten all-encompassing sources are: the all-encompassing source of blue, the all-encompassing source of yellow, the all-encompassing source of red, the all-encompassing source of white, the all-encompassing source of earth, the all-encompassing source of water, the all-encompassing source of fire, the all-encompassing source of wind, the all-encompassing source of space, and the all-encompassing source of consciousness. Some perceive "all-encompassing is earth," without duality and without limit in all directions, above and below. Some perceive "all-encompassing is water, fire, wind, blue, yellow, red, and white," without duality and without limit in all directions, above and below. This refers to the yogi who has obtained mastery over the mind of meditation, who, according to his wishes, contemplates any one of the four great elements and the four colors, which are eight, plus space, which is nine, plus consciousness, which is ten, and transforms all directions, above and below, into a heap of fire, and it becomes only a heap of fire. Similarly, for all ten, such as colors, obtaining the autonomy to transform them as they are transformed is called the ten all-encompassing sources, and it applies to each one in the same way. The saying "all-encompassing is earth," perceiving without duality and without limit in all directions, above and below, means that when transforming any one of earth or water, etc., there is no other distinction different from it, so it is called without duality. The saying "this earth realm has no distinction from here onwards and from there onwards" is why it is called without limit. Thinking that everything is filled with various earth signs, etc., focusing only on any one of them is called perception, and it applies to each of the others in the same way. A classification of the nine contemplations on ugliness.

The perception of a corpse is like a corpse, with the skin turning bluish on the outside. The perception of suppuration is to examine what is inside the skin, filled with pus and blood, as well as serum, phlegm, and brain matter. The perception of being eaten by worms is when flies enter and worms infest. The perception of swelling is when everything inside and out is rotten. The perception of being smeared with blood is when birds, dogs, foxes, and wolves tear it open, and the flesh and blood inside are visible on the outside. The perception of being eaten is when it is eaten by birds, dogs, foxes, wolves, and so on. The perception of being scattered is when the four elements and joints separate. The perception of discoloration is when the bones are connected to flesh and water, as well as skin and tendons, and are dried and scorched by the sun and wind. The perception of bone fragments is when the bones become as white as the color of a conch shell. These are taught as antidotes to attachment to the body. The twenty-two faculties are: the eye faculty, the ear faculty, the nose faculty, the tongue faculty, the body faculty, the mind faculty, the male faculty, the female faculty, the faculty of suffering, the faculty of pleasure, the faculty of joy, the faculty of sadness, the faculty of equanimity, the faculty of faith, the faculty of diligence, the faculty of mindfulness, the faculty of concentration, the faculty of wisdom, the faculty of the to-be-known faculty, the faculty of knowledge, the faculty of complete knowledge, and the life faculty. These twenty-two faculties are also summarized into five types: the basis of mind, discrimination therein, all afflictions, the collection of purification, and purification. Among them, the six faculties from the eye faculty to the mind faculty, and the life faculty, are the basis of mind. The male and female faculties are discrimination therein, that is, others think of them as "this is a man" or "this is a woman." The faculties of pleasure and joy generate desire, the faculties of suffering and sadness generate hatred, and the faculty of equanimity generates ignorance, therefore they are all afflictions. The five faculties of faith and so on are the cause of nirvana, therefore they are purification.
