Knowing languages and sounds, even a single word can be understood in ten or more ways. There are no confused, repetitive, redundant, or meaningless words. Instead, the words spoken are praised by the noble ones and bring joy to beings. Thoroughly understanding various eloquencees means listening to the excellent Dharma from others, dispelling doubts, and also being able to teach the Dharma oneself, resolving the doubts of others. The speech is pleasant and meaningful, like the voice of Brahma, swift and fluent, continuous and unobstructed. The eighteen unshared qualities of the Buddha refer to the eighteen qualities that will be discussed below, which are not possessed by Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, or ordinary beings at all. Only the Buddha possesses them, hence they are called the unshared qualities of the Buddha. Among them, the Tathagata has no confusion because Shravakas and others experience confusion when acting through the three doors of body, speech, and mind. However, the activities of the Buddha's body, speech, and mind are completely pure, so there is no confusion. There is no clamor because Shravakas shout loudly in dense forests or go to empty villages asking, "Is anyone there?" or because of the habit of liking clamor in the past, they crave clamor. The Buddha does not have these situations, so it is called no clamor. There is no forgetting because Shravakas need to think temporarily to gradually understand, while the Buddha's wisdom has no obstruction or attachment, so there is no forgetting. There is no non-absorption because Shravakas need to temporarily enter and exit Samadhi, while the Buddha is always in Samadhi in all times of the four postures of walking, standing, sitting, and lying down, so there is no non-absorption. There are no various discriminations because Shravakas regard Samsara and Nirvana as faults and virtues, so they have discriminating thoughts of acceptance and rejection towards afflictions and purification, etc. But the Buddha realizes emptiness with great compassion and non-discriminating wisdom, knowing that Samsara is emptiness, which is Nirvana, so there are no discriminating thoughts like acceptance and rejection. There is no unexamined equanimity.

Having is: The Shravakas, regarding sentient beings to be tamed, do not individually examine what potential they have, and also do not act for their benefit and abandon them, so they have unexamined abandonment. The Buddhas, having examined what potential sentient beings have to be tamed, for those without potential, even if they do beneficial deeds, they will not become meaningful, they just temporarily abandon them; for those with potential, they do not easily abandon them, so it is called not having unexamined abandonment. Not having the decline of aspiration is: The Shravakas do not have interest in the unexcelled Bodhi and benefiting all sentient beings, they are only interested in their own benefit and the benefit of a few sentient beings, so they decline in aspiration. The Buddhas are interested in the unexcelled and the benefit of all sentient beings, so they do not have the decline of aspiration. Not having the decline of diligence is: The body and mind do not become weary, even for the sake of one sentient being, even after an eon, they do not eat food but teach the Dharma. Not having the decline of mindfulness is: Regarding the behavior, thoughts, and habits of all sentient beings, the faculties, etc., and the differences of antidotes and incompatibilities, what to tame with what, etc., they know beforehand and mindfulness is held by wisdom, because the Shravakas cannot immediately comprehend now, so it is called not having the decline of mindfulness. Not having the decline of wisdom is: Knowing the behavior of sentient beings and the eighty-four thousand Dharma doors, benefiting sentient beings without exhaustion, and acting with inexhaustible individual correct wisdom, so it is called not having the decline of wisdom. Not having the decline of Samadhi is: The Shravakas only temporarily enter into Samadhi, so they decline when not entered, the Buddhas constantly abide without declining, so it is called not having decline. Not having the decline of liberation is: The Shravakas only merge into one side of peace, only temporarily liberated from the obscuration of afflictions, this is called decline. The Buddhas are liberated from both the obscuration of afflictions and the obscuration of knowledge, having attained non-abiding Nirvana, and doing beneficial deeds for sentient beings as long as Samsara exists, so it is called not declining from liberation. All bodily actions are led by wisdom and followed by wisdom is
