Therefore, it is called the eight liberations. The nine successive abidings are: initial application and sustained application, joy, happiness, equanimity. In all these, having completely transcended all perceptions of form, the perceptions of resistance having ceased, and not attending to various perceptions, thinking "space is infinite," one dwells having perfected the sphere of infinite space. In all these, having completely transcended the sphere of infinite space, thinking "consciousness is infinite," one dwells having perfected the sphere of infinite consciousness. In all these, having completely transcended the sphere of infinite consciousness, thinking "there is nothing at all," one dwells having perfected the sphere of nothingness. In all these, having completely transcended the sphere of nothingness, one dwells having perfected the sphere of neither perception nor non-perception. The explanation of the words "cessation attainment" is consistent with the explanation of the eight liberations and cessation attainment mentioned above, so refer to the above. The so-called nine successive abidings are the four concentrations, the four formless attainments, and the cessation attainment, because one enters gradually from the first concentration until reaching cessation in sequence. The three doors of liberation are the liberation of emptiness, the liberation of signlessness, and the liberation of wishlessness. Liberation refers to nirvana. The three doors are the cause or method for obtaining liberation, that is, the three samadhis. Among them, there are two kinds of dharmas: non-

It is not composed of the characteristics of the color and shape of the ground. Obtaining and becoming familiar with it is called the door of liberation without characteristics. The six superknowledges are the divine eye, the divine ear, knowing the minds of others, the magical power of the body, remembering past lives, and knowing the exhaustion of defilements. For phenomena that exist in distant places and long times, and are hidden, to understand and know them as if they were present before one's eyes, this is called superknowledge. Like this, seeing all bodies, no matter how near or far, and where they are born after death, this is the divine eye. Hearing and understanding various sounds, languages, and symbols is the divine ear. Completely knowing the thoughts and latent habits of sentient beings is knowing the minds of others. Knowing burning, flying, quantity, good and bad, and walking on water and sinking on land, this is the magical power of the body. From the present time, remembering the experiences of where one lived and what one did in previous lives is remembering past lives. Knowing the afflictions abandoned by seeing and meditation, and the order of what has been abandoned and what has not been abandoned, and knowing that one has attained the wisdom of cessation and non-arising, these are the knowledge of the exhaustion of defilements. The four doors of dharani are the dharani that is the cause of obtaining forbearance, the dharani of mantras, the dharani of dharma, and the dharani of meaning. The meaning of dharani is that no matter how words and letters are stated, their meaning will not change, or like what is said, it will never be separated from it. The door refers to the cause of the arising of such meaning, and in reality refers to names, words, and letters. The dharani that is the cause of obtaining forbearance is to first contemplate the letter A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿), analyze it, and thereby realize emptiness, and then do the same for other letters, so all phenomena are also analogized, and the joy that arises through the way of realizing emptiness is called the dharani that is the cause of obtaining forbearance. Saying to sentient beings, "May you live long, may you be free from illness, may you have a good harvest," etc., if it really happens like that

This is called the Dharani of the Mantra of Clarity. After listening to the sacred Dharma from Khenpos and Acharyas, the ability to remember all the words spoken and heard at any time without forgetting is called the Dharma Dharani. The ability to quickly understand and remember without forgetting the meaning expressed by words and names, whatever it may be, is called the Meaning Dharani. The Ten Powers of the Tathagata are the powers of wisdom, the ten kinds of wisdom differences unique to the Buddha. That is, the power of knowing what is possible and impossible, that is, knowing the cause and the non-cause. Karma and afflictions are the cause of producing sentient beings, while the self, the agent, and Ishvara, etc., are not the cause of producing sentient beings. Furthermore, practicing good karma is the place of birth in the higher realms, and not practicing good karma is not the place of birth in the lower realms; doing evil karma is the place of birth in the lower realms, and doing evil karma is not the place of birth in the higher realms, and so on. The power of knowing the maturation of karma, that is, the power of knowing karma as one's own. Practicing good deeds such as giving and keeping precepts can accomplish the happiness of the higher realms and enjoyment, etc.; committing evil deeds such as killing can accomplish the lower realms and suffering. The power of knowing the defilement and purification and rising from meditation of dhyana and liberation, as well as samadhi and samapatti, that is, the four dhyanas and eight liberations, as well as samadhi such as the Heroic March and the nine successive samapattis. Entering these dhyanas and samapattis, whatever interrupts and obscures the unfavorable aspects is defilement. The increase of antidotes is purification. Rising from meditation is abandonment, and knowing the faults and merits of these, as well as the methods of arising and entering, is the meaning of this. The power of knowing the superior and inferior faculties, that is, knowing that this sentient being is of medium faculty, and this sentient being is of dull faculty, and being skilled in knowing the differences of faculties. The power of knowing various aspirations, that is, some sentient beings like the Mahayana, and some like the Hinayana.
