It is thinking of being no different from the Buddhas who have passed away in the three times, residing as many as dust particles, and in each such dust particle, thinking that there are as many Buddhas residing, praising all those Buddhas, which is to praise melodiously. Qualities are to be recited again and again, to be practiced, from generating the mind of enlightenment to the conduct of enlightenment, the endless excellent qualities, and the qualities possessed by achieving Buddhahood, and the aggregates of morality, the aggregates of concentration, the aggregates of wisdom, the aggregates of liberation, the aggregates of the knowledge and vision of liberation, the ten powers, the four fearlessnesses, the four analytical understandings, the eighteen unshared qualities of the Buddhas, and so on. All the Sugatas, I praise. Called Sugata, because of beautifully gone, that is, gone well, for example, having a good appearance is called having a good appearance. Or because not controlled by karma and afflictions, not returning to samsara and gone, like a disease being cured well. Or because what should be done is perfectly completed and gone, like a container being well filled. Or because the Bhagavan has attained happiness, has the happiness of the heavenly realm, has no harm, has the Dharma without harm, so called Sugata, or called the one who has attained happiness, to the Sugata I praise. Now is the second general meaning, explaining the offering, in which there are also two, namely superior and unsurpassed. Among them, the superior is, excellent flowers, excellent garlands, etc., using two verses to explain, excellent flowers refers to all the actual flowers that exist in the world from the heavenly realm downwards, are the best of all. The excellence of the remaining lower offerings should also be understood from this. Excellent garlands refers to stringing together various kinds of flowers, or alternately stringing together the best. Or the excellent of stringing together various kinds of jewels. Flowers and garlands not only refer to ordinary flowers, but also refer to flowers that are hammered, cast, painted on pictures, cut, etc. Cymbals refers to musical instruments, wide

Instruments, as well as all instruments that are struck and played, all of these are supremely delightful. Anointing is the application of fragrant ointment to the body, which is also the most excellent. The supreme umbrella is the most excellent of all kinds of umbrellas. The supreme lamp is a fragrant and bright jewel such as an oil lamp, with great radiance, like a precious jewel. The sacred incense is either mixed incense or a single kind, both being supremely excellent. The sacred celestial garment is the most excellent of all garments, such as Kacalindika, etc., which are of immeasurable value. The supreme fragrance is either fragrant water offered as bath water, or precious Agar, Turushka, Nala, Saugandha, etc., repeatedly sprinkled with fragrant water. A heap of flour equal to Mount Meru, this is explained in two ways: one is to make a heap of various fragrant powders that can be scattered and applied, filling a large area, with a height equal to the size of Mount Meru. The other refers to the layers of colored powders used to draw a mandala, with numerous layers and a height and breadth equal to Mount Meru. Among these flours, the most excellent are: good color, fragrant smell, and equal to Mount Meru. With the most excellent of splendid arrangements, this refers to drawing upon many aspects, applicable to most situations, as well as to decorations, and various things. All three can be combined, and can also be applied to the aforementioned things, such as flowers, garlands, musical sounds, anointing, incense, etc., in most situations, as well as exquisite decorations and numerous varieties. Alternatively, the term "various" can be used alone, because the offerings mentioned by name and those not mentioned are generally included here, so the unmentioned various foods, bedding, cushions, palaces, various houses, and the various good things arranged and combined, refer to the most excellent things found in the realms of gods, humans, dragons, Gandharvas, Kinnaras, etc. To those Victors I make offerings, this refers to offering with all the aforementioned offerings, in the ten directions and all times.
