So be it. The seventh is the power of wisdom, the eighth is the power of means, and the ninth is the power of samadhi. With the power of wisdom, means, and samadhi. Regarding "the power of wisdom, means, and samadhi," wisdom, means, and samadhi have already been discussed earlier in the context of "the liberation of wisdom, means, and samadhi." Furthermore, the power of wisdom is the ability to directly realize the meaning of all things. The power of means is the ability to accomplish things easily and harmoniously. The power of samadhi is the ability to attain extraordinary qualities such as direct perception. From the power of miraculous abilities to the power of samadhi, the tenth power is the power of enlightenment, which is to be truly accomplished with the nine powers. "Accomplishing the powers of enlightenment" means that enlightenment is unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, which is the same as what was said earlier. Its power is to overcome non-abandonment and incomplete wisdom, and to be able to reach the ultimate of practice. To truly accomplish means to diligently practice. Now is the thirteenth general meaning, explaining the antidotes. That is, in order to destroy the ten powers mentioned above, as well as the three forces of unfavorable karma, afflictions, and demons, three antidotes are taught. The first is, "Completely purify the powers of karma." Karma has three distinctions: virtuous, non-virtuous, and immovable. Non-virtuous karma is certain to be experienced. Its power is to cause it to arise directly. Purifying its power is to eliminate it like a duster through reproach, confession, restraint, and taking refuge in the Three Jewels and generating the mind of enlightenment. It is also stated in the Sutra of the Four Dharmas of the Noble One: A Bodhisattva Mahasattva who possesses four dharmas can overwhelm the sins that have been committed and accumulated. What are the four? They are: 1. Practicing with remorse; 2. Practicing with antidotes; 3. The power of restoration; 4. The power of reliance. Among them, practicing with remorse is towards non-virtuous karma.

If one engages in negative actions, there will be much regret. The remedy for this is to diligently engage in virtuous actions even if one has committed non-virtuous deeds. The power of restoration is to properly take vows and obtain the vows of non-action. The power of reliance is to take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, and not to abandon the mind of enlightenment. By relying on those who possess power, as stated in the scriptures, one will not be overwhelmed by sins. The methods for condemnation, repentance, and taking vows are as follows: The scriptures say, 'Having done extremely terrible deeds, if one slightly blames oneself, it will be lessened. By confessing and taking vows, one can completely eradicate them.' It is said. The purification through taking refuge in the Three Jewels is: In the Sutra of the Story of the Pig Woman, it is said that a son of the gods was about to die and, due to the karma of being born in a pig's womb, was about to experience unpleasant results. Just by taking refuge in the Three Jewels, all karmas were completely cut off and removed, and after dying from the Thirty-Three Heavens, he was born in the Joyful Heaven. The purification through generating the mind of enlightenment is: Just like all the non-virtuous actions aroused by despising the fire-like Kan Sangma, due to the difference in fields, the fruits should have ripened in this life, but only a portion ripened. Through superior intention, making aspirations, and generating the mind of enlightenment, it was as if it was completely eradicated. How does one make aspirations and generate the mind of enlightenment for the benefit of sentient beings? When a wheel grinds over his head and he experiences great suffering, he thinks: 'May all other beings who, like me, are going to suffer because of despising their mothers, have all these sufferings borne by me, and may they all attain supreme bliss.' Thus, he makes aspirations and generates the mind of enlightenment. Realizing that all phenomena are without self will completely eradicate it. In the Noble Sutra on the Complete Purification of Karmic Obscurations, it is said that a monk named Immaculate Light committed the defeat of not practicing celibacy, and he felt regret and displeasure. The Bhagavan taught him the Dharma.
