Having heard all the Buddhas' teachings, and having listened to the Dharma of one Tathagata, may I not obstruct the Dharma taught by the second Tathagata, may I obtain such that I can grasp all the Buddhas' teachings without any sequence, this is the aspiration. The third is entering the turning of the Dharma wheel: All the victorious ones who have passed through the three times, I shall thoroughly turn the manner of the Dharma wheel. This refers to the past, present, and future, or moments and so on. "Gone" means going in accordance with sentient beings, so that even birds and wild animals are not frightened. The Dharma wheel is like the wheel of a chariot rolling and moving, teaching the Dharma to the stream of consciousness of sentient beings, and also enabling others who listen to understand, hence it is called the Dharma wheel. "Manner" refers to taming beings with different inclinations by showing miraculous displays of magic, or miraculous displays of universal speech, or miraculous displays of subsequent instructions, or taming with harsh words, or taming with gentle words, or taming with both harsh and gentle words, etc., whatever method is used, without being distracted by actions such as desire, and teaching, etc., and teaching the Dharma such as speaking of generosity to the miserly, and where to give completely, and when the time of liberation arrives, when and where to preach and tame, from where to where to establish, and those rational methods, and those Dharma teachings, and turning the wheel in those places. "Turning" means making the outer listeners and hearers understand. By the power of wisdom, may I also enter well. This means being able to enter by the power of wisdom. "Entering" is a synonym for being able to understand at the same time. In short, may I be able to understand and grasp the meaning of all the words and sounds of those who have turned the manner of the Dharma wheel of the Buddhas who have passed through the three times, which are endless and unknowable, in one moment. The fourth is entering into kalpas: Also, may I enter into all future kalpas, I shall also enter in one instant. Whatever kalpas, the measure of the three times, I shall practice entering by fractions of an instant.

To know, to enter into all the kalpas of the future, all the kalpas of the future, should be known by a moment of wisdom. May it appear and be seen in a moment of wisdom. Just as one views the future time, all the kalpas counted as the three times are a part of a moment of wisdom, may they be merged and gathered into a single realm of a moment of wisdom. Fifth is to behold the Tathagata, and sixth is to enter into its sphere of activity, which is: The lions among men who have passed through the three times, I shall see them in a single instant. Constantly in their sphere of activity, I enter by the power of illusory liberation. This means: In the ten directions, all the lions among men who have passed away in the three times, past, present, and future, may I be able to see them in a single moment of their wisdom. Their sphere of activity, which is the inconceivable realm of omniscient wisdom, By the power of what is called the illusory transformation of the Bodhisattva's liberation, may I enter at all times. Among them, liberation means to be liberated from afflictions and obscurations. Illusion means that when one abides in samadhi, if one sees all things as illusion, there will be no attachment, and there will be no anger either. Or, just as a magician can transform one thing into many forms, by the power of abiding in the nature of wisdom itself, I can transform my body as I wish. Seventh is to enter into the manifestation and adornment of the Buddha-field, which is: Whatever the adornments of the fields of the three times, I can manifest them upon a single atom. Thus, in all directions without exception, I enter into the adornment of the fields of the Victorious Ones. This means: The three times are just expressions. The adornment of the Buddha-field refers to many different kinds of Buddha-fields. Or adornment refers to decoration, that is, all the many Buddha-fields or decorations belonging to the three times can be manifested on a single speck of dust by the power of one's own miraculous power, that is, they can be accomplished, and can be shown to others.
