Those four kinds of manifestations should be regarded as possessing unobstructed power. What is entering? It should be regarded as twofold: entering at that moment and entering permanently. Among these, entering at that moment is when the manifestations of the Buddhas enter as long as sentient beings are not fully ripened and liberated. Entering permanently is when the very nature of the Buddhas is inexhaustible and inconceivable, and they enter in order to follow and accomplish the deeds of sentient beings as long as the world exists. What is ceasing? It should also be regarded as twofold: ceasing at that moment and ceasing permanently. Among these, ceasing at that moment is when sentient beings are fully ripened and liberated, the Buddhas cease by passing into complete nirvana at that moment. Ceasing permanently should be understood as the complete exhaustion of afflictions that are free from imprints, and together with the place of suffering. By showing the entity of enlightenment, the Dharmakaya is taught as the antidote to the thought of impermanence. The so-called thought of impermanence is the thought that the Dharmakaya is distinguished by the Alaya-consciousness. As an antidote to that, it is shown that it is distinguished by the transformation of the basis. Thus, the Alaya-consciousness is connected with taking impermanence, while the transformation of the basis is without taking permanence; the Alaya-consciousness is connected with bad states, while the transformation of the basis is not connected with bad states, and the transformation of the basis is separated from all bad states; the Alaya-consciousness is the cause of the arising of afflictions and not the cause of the arising of the path, while the transformation of the basis is not the cause of the arising of afflictions but the cause of the arising of the path; the Alaya-consciousness does not have power over virtuous and unspecified phenomena, while the transformation of the basis does have power over virtuous and unspecified phenomena. Therefore, it should be known that the Dharmakaya, which is distinguished by the transformation of the basis, becomes an inconceivable characteristic by two causes, also by two causes.

Here, the characteristic of being inconceivable is shown. Because the unspeakable meaning is beyond the scope of words, it is inconceivable; and because it transcends the world, there is nothing comparable to it in the world, therefore it is inconceivable. The following two reasons show this in order. Among them, the phrase "This is because it has no expansion and no manifest object of attachment" shows that because the unspeakable meaning is beyond the scope of words, it is inconceivable. This is because there is no expansion, so there is no manifest object of attachment. The so-called no expansion means no cessation, no arising, no permanence, no annihilation, not different meanings, not the same meaning, no coming, and no going. Therefore, in a manner contrary to these, there is no manifest object of attachment. As the noble Nagarjuna said in his praise of the Dharmakaya: Not one, not many, it is the perfect foundation for benefiting oneself and others, neither existent nor non-existent, like the sky, it is of one taste, a nature difficult to understand. Unstained and peaceful, peaceful and unequal, equal and differentiated, it is without expansion. Individually self-aware, the Dharmakaya of the Buddhas, which is incomparable, to that I pay homage. It is like what was said. Because sentient beings are attached to expansion and manifest objects of attachment, therefore, because it transcends the world, there is nothing comparable to it in the world, thus it is shown to be inconceivable. The meaning of the words is the opposite of the previous one. The inconceivable that arises from these two reasons can be understood in five ways: by nature, object, sameness, difference, and the accomplishment of action. So, how is it inconceivable in terms of nature? Skandhas, dhatus, ayatanas, or different from skandhas, dhatus, and ayatanas, and existent or non-existent, that is how it is inconceivable. So, how is it inconceivable in terms of object? Dhatus, realms, directions, intermediate directions, etc., dhatus, realms, directions
