What is a speaker of Dharma? It is someone who expounds the Dharma. What is living by the path? It is someone who has entered the path well. What is ruining the path? It is someone who has entered the path wrongly. The term "Sugata" refers to someone who has completely exhausted attachment, hatred, and ignorance, and has attained realization. The term "speaker of Dharma" refers to someone who teaches the Dharma in order to subdue attachment, hatred, and ignorance. The term "well-entered path" refers to someone who has entered the path in order to subdue attachment, hatred, and ignorance. The term "wrongly entered path" refers to someone who seeks discipline and sinful practices. Furthermore, those who are learners and non-learners are called victors of the path because they are victorious over the afflictions to be abandoned by seeing and meditating. The Tathagatas and Bodhisattvas, as well as those who later enter the path for enlightenment, and those who hold the Sutra Pitaka, Vinaya Pitaka, and Matrika (Abhidhamma Pitaka) of the Shravakas, and those who uphold the Dharma Vinaya based on the teachings and follow the Dharma, are called guides. For the benefit of virtuous ordinary people, those who are ashamed, remorseful, desire to learn, strive diligently to obtain what has not been obtained, realize what has not been realized, and manifest what has not been manifested, until the unmanifested is manifested, are called living by the path. Because they have warmth, and in order to generate the power of the wisdom of the noble ones, they are not dead but alive, therefore they are called living by the path. Those who seek discipline, have sinful practices, are rotten inside, and outwardly degenerate, those who are not monks but claim to be monks, and those who are not celibate but claim to be celibate, are called destroyers of the path. Because they destroy the path from the very beginning, they have no possibility of generating the path or teaching the path. They cannot realize the path or eliminate afflictions, and they have neither the ability nor the capacity to become vessels of Dharma, therefore they are called destroyers of the path. The Blessed One also considered these things, and wherever there is the Noble Eightfold Path, that is the real place of purification.

There are also the fourth fruits of the Shramanas, but for other opponents, they are devoid of Shramanas and Brahmins. Therefore, in this Dharma-vinaya, there is also the eightfold noble path, and there are also the four Shramana fruits, so it is said. Thus, arising and name, and cutting off doubts, and the irrefutable, the indisputable, and the object of the Shramanas, one should know the five characteristics of the omniscient, which is the conclusion of those five characteristics of the omniscient as stated. Connect in order. The scriptures he taught have no contradictory words, as previously stated. Thus, the meaning of what is said is the object of the valid means of reliable scriptures, which is the extremely hidden meaning, summarized by self-characteristics and general characteristics, and the cause and condition for accomplishing and understanding it well are that the speaker is omniscient, and that the scriptures he taught have no contradictory words. Therefore, in order to determine that the scriptures are extremely pure, the characteristics shown, the speaker is also omniscient, and the characteristics of the omniscient are like this, arising from the characteristics of the extremely pure scriptures, the characteristics of the omniscient and the characteristics of the scriptures are interdependent, therefore both can be understood, and that itself is the reasoning that is established by the fact that everything in the reliable scriptures is reasonable. Thus, the reasoning established by reason is completely purified by the five characteristics of direct perception, inference, and reliable scriptures, which is for the previous individual knowledge and explanation, and for accomplishing the meaning of what is said and understanding it well. What are the causes and what are the conditions, that is the reasoning established by reason, which also shows the conclusion of showing that it is completely purified by the five characteristics. Among them, thus, this is the reasoning established by reason previously, thus completely purified by the five characteristics. The reasoning established by reason, this is the previous individual knowledge and explanation, and for accomplishing the meaning of what is said, and for understanding it well, what are the causes and what are the conditions, that is the reasoning established by reason.
