Perfectly accomplished, with full shoulders, a tall and long body, possessing forty teeth, even teeth, well-arranged teeth, extremely white teeth, cheeks like a lion, a long and thin tongue, knowing flavors, possessing the voice of Brahma, blue-green eyes, eyelashes like a cow king, the head possessing a crown protuberance, the forehead hair between the eyebrows resembling the color of a conch shell, possessing a rightward curl. These thirty-two major marks of a great being, each showing its mark, cause, and effect, as explained in the Prajñāpāramitā. These thirty-two major marks of a great being, holding in the manner of a support, in order to make the beautiful body even more magnificent, the eighty minor marks should also be understood along with them. Among them, sixty minor marks do not include anything above the neck, belonging to the body below; twenty minor marks include everything above the neck. With the ten powers, all doubts of all sentient beings are cut off. What are the ten powers? The power of knowing what is and is not the case, the power of knowing karma as one's own action, the power of knowing the entrances of meditation, liberation, and samadhi, the power of knowing the superior and inferior faculties, the power of knowing various intentions, the power of knowing various realms, the power of knowing the path to all destinations, the power of knowing the recollection of past lives, the power of knowing death and birth, and the power of knowing the exhaustion of outflows. By teaching the Dharma with the four fearlessnesses, all the words of opponents cannot be refuted or debated. What are the four fearlessnesses? Fearlessness in realizing perfect enlightenment in all dharmas, fearlessness in knowing the exhaustion of all outflows, fearlessness in the definite prophecy that can cut off and that dharmas will not change, fearlessness in the path that will definitely arise to obtain all perfections. In whose Dharma and Vinaya does the Noble Eightfold Path appear, and the four Samana fruits appear? What is the Noble Eightfold Path? Right View, Right Thought, Right Speech, Right Action, Right Livelihood, Right Effort, Right Mindfulness, and Right Concentration. What are the four Samana fruits? The one who conquers the path, the one who shows the path, the one who lives by the path, and the one who destroys the path. Among them, the one who conquers the path refers to the Sugata.
