It is said, "Whatever is spoken that is not apart from the unconditioned," meaning that whatever name is spoken that is not apart from the sound of these two. Then, saying "It will also become the same as that," means that it will become belonging to the category of names. Then, repeating twice "It will also become the same as that," is to emphasize that everything is also the same as that. Thus, the sound of speech is the nature of the completely imputed, therefore it is non-existent because it is without nature by the very nature of no-nature, so it is called conditioned. The word established by the Teacher is neither conditioned nor unconditioned, nor is it anything other than these two. There is nothing that is empty of both the sound of speech and the form of what is to be spoken. Although the sound of speech, the nature of the completely imputed, is not completely established, the object to be spoken, the nature of other-dependence, is not non-existent, therefore, from the point of view of showing it, it is said, "Speech is not without an object." Speech refers to the word established by the Teacher, as previously shown, which is the nature of the completely imputed. Object refers to the object to be spoken, which is the nature of other-dependence. Saying "Nor is it without an object" means that although the sound of speech, the nature of the completely imputed, is not completely established, the object to be spoken, the nature of other-dependence, is not non-existent. Thus, the other-dependent nature arises, separated from the grasper and the grasped by the completely imputed nature, and the dependent arising that is without nature by the very nature of no-nature, and without nature by the very nature of ultimate no-nature, should be recognized as existent. What is that object? Saying "What is that object?" means that although the sound of speech, the nature of the completely imputed, is not completely established, the object to be spoken, the nature of other-dependence, is not non-existent. In order to show this, what is the object of the other-dependent nature that is spoken of? That object itself is the other-dependent nature, and that is...

The wise apply the complete enlightenment attained through ultimate wisdom and seeing as the perfectly established nature. "The noble ones" refers to the Buddha's Shravaka disciples. "Noble" refers to being connected with the noble ones' ultimate wisdom and seeing. "Wisdom" refers to the Shamatha and Vipassana wisdom that focuses on mixed phenomena, because it is not diverse. "Seeing" refers to the Shamatha and Vipassana wisdom that focuses on unmixed phenomena, because it is diverse. "Inexpressible complete enlightenment" refers to what is realized through ultimate wisdom and seeing. It is non-self-existent by way of the non-self-existence of the perfectly established nature, because the Suchness of all phenomena, the ultimate, is the characteristic of the non-self of phenomena and non-duality of the two graspers, therefore it is also the characteristic of being inexpressible. It itself is connected with the characteristic of the ultimate inexpressible and the characteristic of non-duality. So, why did the Tathagata establish conditioned phenomena? Therefore, the Buddha said, "In order to completely realize the inexpressible Dharma nature, it is named conditioned phenomena." Because if it is not expressed in conventional terms, there is no other way to realize the Dharma nature. The Tathagata is skilled in using infallible means, therefore he established it in this way. "Son of the lineage, the unconditioned is also the word established by the teacher," and so on, for the order of the unconditioned, it should also be connected and explained in the same way as before. This is to establish the three natures by relying on that. Below, the meaning of the words establishing the objects of the examples of determination will be explained, etc. The so-called establishing the objects of determination refers to showing the determination that is connected with the characteristics of the ultimate inexpressible and the characteristics of non-duality.
