It is not like the Shravakas say to sever, to restrain with the power of prohibition. Those meanings of the words also show other qualities in other situations. But here, they also show the great time, what is that like? Like that, Bodhisattvas who perfect the four conducts with skillful means, etc., are free from all conceptualization, various conceptualizations, and complete conceptualizations, neither abandoning samsara nor taking nirvana, until the end of the final limit, accomplishing the perfect benefit of oneself and others, therefore, this also shows the great time. Great desirelessness is shown by saying that one has definitely subdued all the assistants of the demons, desirelessness is completely abandoning all attachments, therefore, just like that, one will definitely subdue all the assistants of the demons. As it is said in the Ocean of Wisdom Sutra, "When the Bodhisattva does not desire all attachments, then he will definitely subdue all the assistants of the demons." Therefore, like that, abandoning all attachments, definitely subduing the assistants of the demons, this is desirelessness, therefore, this shows great desirelessness. Great attention is shown by saying that one has become far away from all the attention of the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, Bodhisattvas have abandoned the attention of the Hinayana from the very beginning of generating the mind, because like this, abandoning the attention of the Hinayana is the thought of the Mahayana, therefore, this shows great attention. Great realization is shown by saying that one has shown the joy and great bliss of the taste of Dharma, Bodhisattvas are shown by the joy and great bliss of the taste of the Mahayana Dharma, like that, showing the joy and great bliss of the taste of the Mahayana Dharma is the cause of the Bodhisattva's abode and abiding in the Buddha's abode, therefore, this shows great realization. Great complete purification is said to be

It is taught that "completely transcending the five fears" indicates that one completely transcends all fears through the complete purification of the three actions and the supreme intention. This is because the causes of fears such as the fear of bad destinies, such as the defilement of broken vows, are completely purified. The five fears are: the fear of having no livelihood, the fear of not being praised, the fear of death, the fear of bad destinies, and the fear of shyness in the assembly. These disappear upon attaining the ground of pure supreme intention. Thus, completely transcending the five fears is due to the complete purification of the three actions and the complete purification of the supreme intention, which indicates great complete purification. Great realization is indicated by the statement that "the irreversible ground becomes the sole path." This indicates that having attained the ground of being prophesied to omniscience, it can be established as becoming the sole path. Because the seven Bodhisattva grounds and others enter through manifest activity, they do not become the sole path. The irreversible ground is the eighth ground. The path is the way, and having attained the eighth ground, one becomes the sole path with other Bodhisattvas who have attained the eighth ground. Those who have become the sole path of the eighth ground are called such. Thus, having attained the irreversible ground and becoming the sole path with other Bodhisattvas who have attained it, one obtains tolerance of the unborn dharma. Therefore, this indicates great realization. Among these, the great action is indicated by the statement that "it is merely the manifestation of the ground that completely pacifies all harm to all sentient beings." This indicates that whatever harm there is, such as the inner signs of all sentient beings, is completely pacified by which ground, and those in whom that ground manifests are called such. What is this ground? It is great love and great compassion, because these two completely pacify all harm such as the arising of quick thoughts, and completely pacify all suffering such as poverty. Thus, with great love and great compassion, sentient beings

Mostly, it can accomplish things like establishing happiness and saving from suffering, and since that ground has manifested, it shows great deeds. This is temporarily another category. Again, in another category, the perfect retinue of Bodhisattvas, the sutra says: All the immeasurable Bodhisattvas gathered from various Buddha-fields also truly abide in the great place. What is called truly abiding in the great place, in this context, is not called truly entering the great place, but is explained as truly entering the great entrance. What is called the great entrance refers to the nature of the Mahayana path. Among them, truly entering the great entrance means truly entering to completely abandon the nine faults of the path, therefore it is called truly entering the great entrance. That itself is also its perfection. So, what are the nine faults of the path? It is said like this: The path that is not in harmony with perfect Bodhi, has dust and thorns, is futile, fearful, and without joy, has fear, is not of the same kind, and goes in the wrong direction. It is said that the nine faults of the path of Bodhisattvas are: the path that is not in harmony with perfect Bodhi, the path with dust, the path with thorns, the path that is futile, the path of fear, the path without joy, the path with fear, the path that is not of the same kind, and going in the wrong direction. Because of truly entering to completely abandon these nine faults of action, therefore, the sutra says: From what is called the definite arising of the Dharma of the Great Vehicle, to the nine words between the ground that merely manifests to completely pacify all harm to all sentient beings, correspond in order. Among them, truly entering to completely abandon the path that is not in harmony with perfect Bodhi, the sutra says: The definite arising of the Dharma of the Great Vehicle, thus showing. Among them, what is called the path that is not in harmony with perfect Bodhi, etc., what is called Bodhi, refers to the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete Bodhi. The path that is not in harmony with this is the Mahayana ground.
