are increasingly pure. The so-called Buddha-ground having no pure birth means that after becoming a Buddha, there is no more rebirth. The so-called being equal to its merits means that the merits of the lower grounds are also present there, so it is equal to it. The meaning of the words of differentiation of antidotes, etc., has been explained. After that, the meaning of the words of being skilled in the place of fully ripening one's own and others' continuums, etc., will be explained. The so-called being skilled in the place of fully ripening one's own and others' continuums means that the root of virtue of the Bodhisattva is extremely pure and perfectly accomplished, so they take birth by discerning individually, and because they possess compassion that completely protects all beings, they themselves are not entirely afflicted, but are able to dispel the afflictions of themselves and others. Therefore, taking birth in samsara is the place of fully ripening one's own and others' continuums. Here, the meaning of being skilled in this is explained. Therefore, having made that the object of explanation, they asked, "Venerable One, why is the birth of a Bodhisattva the most excellent among all births in samsara?" Even when entering the womb in samsara, ordinary beings enter and abide unknowingly. A Wheel-Turning King enters knowingly but abides and emerges unknowingly. Hearers and Solitary Buddhas enter and abide knowingly but emerge unknowingly. Bodhisattvas enter, abide, and emerge knowingly, and wherever they are born, as the birth of a great Bodhisattva, the ripening in terms of lifespan, color, lineage, power, etc., naturally excels all worlds, and why does that ripening also accomplish the full ripening of one's own and others' continuums?" Because there are four reasons. Among the four reasons, the first two that will appear below are also causes and effects, and the latter two are also related to causes and effects, because taking birth, the birth of a Bodhisattva enables oneself and others

It is the place that fully matures all continuums, therefore it is taught to be the most excellent among all existences. "The root of virtue is extremely pure, because it is the very accomplishment," is the cause of what will be examined separately below, because it is good. Among them, the root of virtue refers to all the roots of virtue such as generosity that are in accordance with the aspects of enlightenment. "Extremely pure" means that it is called extremely pure because it is all-pervasive, excellent, and pure. Among them, all-pervasive means with three causes: body, speech, and mind. Excellence has two causes: vastness and non-afflictive. Among them, vastness means without distinction to sentient beings, without distinction to objects, and without distinction to time. Without distinction to sentient beings means that Bodhisattvas rely on all sentient beings and initiate, thereby practicing generosity and other roots of virtue, not just for themselves alone. Without distinction to objects means to fully receive all those roots of virtue such as generosity, and to practice them all-pervasively in all aspects. Without distinction to time means that in this life, day and night, constantly and continuously practicing, not abandoning diligence, and with the same cause, in all lifetimes as well, practicing those roots of virtue. Non-afflictive means extreme joy, non-opposition, respect, and non-reliance. Extreme joy means that Bodhisattvas have joyful minds, without suffering, without displeasure, therefore relying on those roots of virtue, and also not regretting based on that. Non-opposition means not harming others, and practicing those roots of virtue all-pervasively without attachment to those who have become viewers. Respect means with respect and sincerity, viewing these as qualities and essence, and being very certain, not relying on others, not being led by others, truly receiving those roots of virtue and practicing them all-pervasively. Non-reliance
