Taking complete hold of birth as the chief one with firm vows, and completely pacifying those harms, and also completely pacifying the harms arising from a king not acting according to Dharma, in order to eliminate those harms to sentient beings who inflict unreasonable punishments and bonds on the king and subjects, and who engage in various harms, oneself takes such birth in the king's palace, as a king possessing Dharma, compassionate towards sentient beings, and completely pacifying those harms. In order to completely pacify the harms arising from practicing wrong views, for those sentient beings who, believing in certain abodes of gods, hold wrong views and commit sins, with compassion, in order to abandon wrong views and committing sins, oneself is born in those abodes of gods, and completely pacifies those harms. The birth of entering into equality and harmony with that is when, through aspiration or obtaining power, sentient beings are born in various kinds of womb-born places, and those such as gods, nagas, yakshas, asuras, etc., who quarrel and disagree with each other, and those Brahmins who hold wrong views, and those who engage in misconduct and seek it, being very happy about it, and those who are overly attached to desires, believing in desires, in order to avert those faults, one is born as the chief one with those sentient beings in equal measure, and whatever good those sentient beings do not universally practice, one universally practices, and teaches them the Dharma, universally practicing in a way that does not contradict the Dharma taught, and with skillful means, thereby liberating them from those faults. The birth of becoming great, the birth of a Bodhisattva, is when, by nature, the Dharma, complexion, and the ripening results of lineage and power, etc., which are superior to all the worlds, are manifested and accomplished, and the ripening results also accomplish all the benefits of oneself and others. The birth of becoming the master is from the first stage of the Bodhisattva's Joyful Ground, up to the tenth stage, speaking of the birth from the lord of Jambudvipa, up to all the places of birth beyond Akanistha.

Among those, the particularly superior place where only the supreme attainers, the Bodhisattvas, are born, is called being born as the master of the great powerful ones. That is accomplished by the power of their karma. The final birth is the birth where the Bodhisattva's accumulation of Bodhi is completely perfected, and they are born in the house of a minister or the palace of a king, and manifest complete perfect enlightenment, and perform all the deeds of a Buddha. There is no other birth than that birth, and it is called the final birth. Those five births, if summarized briefly, the first three are the manifest accomplishment of the perfection of benefiting others. That is established according to three necessities: averting undesirable results, averting the cause of undesirable results, and planting the cause of desirable results, which is in order. The fourth is the manifest accomplishment of the perfection of benefiting oneself, because one completely holds the ripening and abides in the excellent distinction of the result. The fifth is the manifest accomplishment of the perfection of benefiting both oneself and others, because one manifests complete Buddhahood and benefits others through actions. In the past, future, and present times, Bodhisattvas are born in auspicious and virtuous births, will be born, and wherever they are born, all those and these five births exhaust birth, and relying on that birth, they will manifest complete perfect enlightenment. The pure birth is also increasingly pure from the first ground to the tenth ground, except for the Buddha ground. The so-called purity of power refers to the five great powers of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, namely the power of clairvoyance, the power of Dharma, the power of co-emergence, the common power, and the uncommon power. The detailed classifications of those have been explained earlier in the chapter of the noble Maitreya. That is also from the first ground to the Buddha
